Loved the condo with oceanfront view

The condo and neighborhood was great. Excellent customer service if we had a question or needed something. We stayed 3 weeks and would have like to have a mop and cleaning products to clean the condo while we were there.

Great location

The condo is right next to the beach entrance and a very short walk to the pool. We went to a few restaurants right outside the resort and several down at Flager Beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property, overpriced, manager not great

Good location, beachfront, clean, quiet, dog friendly. Beach is narrow and rocky, rough sand, not good for swimming. After taxes and fees, not worth the price. Management not consistent, not always accessible, helpful or knowledgable.

Family Holiday on the Beach

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach. Location was perfect to gather the family for holiday and we loved the beautiful ocean view, heated pool and sauna. The property was peaceful, pet friendly and very well maintained. The other guests, residents and the team at the gate were very friendly. I've already recommended this stay to my neighbors.

Internet did not work, very hard to get in contact with the owner.

The stay was great but on the first day our internet did not work so I emailed the owner and he never got ahold of me. Instead a house maid came to my door to fix the internet and she had no clue what she was doing and she was on the phone with her boss for over an hour and it never got fixed so we could not do any work at our condo which is very disappointing. The blinds in the master bedroom does not shut so if someone is on the patio they can look through the window so we had to hang a blanket up. Our door code we received was incorrect but a simple call got us in. The twin beds need to be updated because they just fill like you’re laying in a box spring. They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 7 on a 6 day trip…? Besides that our trip was a success. The condo was very beautiful we just didn’t have the best experience but I am sure it can be fixed for the next family staying there.

Cousin’s weekend

Wonderful trip and everything we expected. The condo was magnificently clean. The view was astounding.. You can’t go wrong with this condo. If there was a petty complaint, it would be only two rolls of toilet paper. Again, the condo was perfect. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Awesome Location

Had trouble with the access code,but a quick phone call,we got a code and entered the condo. We picked the perfect time to vacay. The building was virtually empty,very quiet,clean and omg,what a view. Didnt cook,never do but reheated left overs and pizza. Loved rodies and J.T.'s. Pool was supposed to be heated but was rather chilly. 5 minute walk tho,and the grill was good. Condo was clean,spacious,and a great sunrise view. 5 min.walk to the beach. Dogs had a blast. Coffee filters,and swifter pads was the only purchases we had to make. Only used the master but wehad a blast. We'll be back.

Cinnamon Beach

Cinnamon Beach is wonderful. We stay in the area a couple of times each year. Lots to do with kids. The Hammock Beach complex is also great. Our children love the pool and splash pad. Pool side grill is excellent. The condo was clean. Coordination with check in and out fairly smooth. Rental company was responsive. Only comment would be for owners to fix blinds in bedroom with twin beds. There is an odd cut out in the blinds that leave a section of the window open to the outside hallway. We put a towel over it, but it should be repaired. Also, dishwasher is not in good condition.

Amazing View

We loved this condo! We only used the king bedroom and it was very comfortable for us. We had everything we needed but spent most of our time on the balcony. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Very pet friendly area and we enjoyed walking on the beach with our pooch. The only thing to know is there is no-where to grill your own food so bring your own small grill for the beach!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about this rental and vacation week. It was such a great time that we even added an extra night. Having our dog with us made it even better. (You would never know the place was pet friendly, it was clean and well taken care of. Like us, most families appreciate and respect being able to bring their dog.) The previous reviews mention small complaints with the beds in the secondary rooms, the shower heads, and the dishwasher. All are still the same as mentioned in the previous reviews (the dishwasher especially is a little ridiculous, with no prongs the cups flip and fill with dirty water.) At this price point you do expect things like this to be addressed when brought to the owners attention. They have obviously just been ignored. The kid's twin beds were fine! The balcony is absolutely awesome and brightens the entire condo with the sunrise view! Crack the door and you hear the ocean 24/7!! We will be back. Thank you so much.

The condo is closest to the pools and walkway to the beach. We loved it

Our code to the door didn’t work when we got there. One call and they had us in our room enjoying our vacation!

Great location - but really terrible beds

Location was wonderful, check in was easy, unit was very clean, but the beds really need to be updated as many of the other reviewers have commented. My husband almost fell off the master bed when he laid down because it is so sunken in!! Also the comments about the dishwasher rack - a simple fix to buy a new tray. Positives - beach toys, chairs, etc were nice to have that we found in one of the closets. Dishes, Tupperware, everything else was great! Would have been a 5 star review with better beds.

Nice condo

Overall the condo was nice and clean. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. The beds, especially in the two secondary bedrooms, were not the most comfortable for adults. The queen bed, in particular, left something to be desired. The kitchen could use some better tools, knives, pans, etc.

Lovely beach views, unit needs TLC

The beach views are lovely here, and the balcony is very peaceful! There is covered parking for one car which is great. There are a few items in the unit that have aged or had corners cut, which I don't expect at this price point. Roughly half of the tines in the dishwasher have rusted off, the shower head in the master bathroom is the same model used in middle school boys' locker rooms, and the entry key pad is temperamental, often requiring multiple entries to lock or unlock. The queen mattress in the guest room was so flimsy that my son couldn't sleep on it. Overall, a really nice unit, but these issues should be addressed in order to continue successfully renting at this price point.

In Dire need of updating!

The condo had poor appliances. The dishwasher desperately needs replacing as does the clothes dryer. No extra towels, poor selection of dishes and poor mattresses.

Beautiful location

We loved the condo location, right on the beach, gated community. However, the dishwasher’s prongs were rusted off, making it difficult to load. The dryer took extra long to dry, even though we cleaned the filter.
