The house is not maintained. The yard is all weeds, shower heads sprayed all over, blinds were broken, windows and doors needed cleaning, pool was well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was supplied. Just not maintained well. Location was good for Hi Corbett field. Thanks

The house seems like a cheap flip, appliances from all generations. The electrical was weird, plug in a mixer the lights would go on and off.

This is a great house. Perfect location and lots of potential. Communication was OK. Not speedy but important stuff was addressed within 24 hours. Easy check in. House, fixtures and appliances are a little dated but everything was super clean, comfortable, beds are comfortable (very important). Stuff that needs some attention… the water never got very hot so my showers were moderately warm but never hot. Probably ok in hot summers. It got the job done. We felt safe and comfortable. Might look for something with better reviews next time but this was great for what we needed, and again, the location was super convenient. Never used the studio/casita/poolhouse because we weren’t able to access for the first day due to a miscommunication, but it looked like a perfect extra unit.
