There is a wood burning fireplace and large kitchen with top of the line appliances. The dining area allows for seating for 12. The wrap around deck off this level holds a grill and table with chairs perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment.

The backyard has a heated swimming pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. There are lounge chairs to relax in and take in the sun. A table with seating up to 10 allows for additional outdoor dining and entertainment. The private enclosed outdoor shower is great after the beach.

You can walk to the ocean beach with your surfboard or beach gear in 5 minutes or drive down and park in any one of the 4 private parking areas on the dunes. Renters will be given a key and parking pass for the private beach entrances part of Hither Hill's MBPOA Association.

The house is just minutes from Gurney's world-class spa and less than 2 miles to the village of Montauk with superb restaurants and Hamptons' nightlife.
