The property was really nice. The furniture was nice as well as comfortable. I really hate that the owners were taken advantage of and their property stolen. It takes away from the next renter. But they more than made up for that with complete transparency and excellent communication…

This was an awful stay. The fire alarm did not stop going off, most of the furniture was broken, and the hosts are difficult to deal with.

Not a great neighborhood, patio chair was broken, lights stopped working, walls, baseboards and grout were very dirty, poorly renovated, heat wouldn’t keep up, water pressure was bad, no nightstands, no extra blankets. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Too many issues to note (i.e. broken drawers, 2 TVs didn’t work, host was aware but never heard anything back. metal chairs are uncomfortable , bugs and seversl other things). I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

There were no cleaning supplies, extra towels, or toiletries. Also one of the bedrooms remote was missing annd was never found and we killed a few roaches. The place is very nice overall

Vacation Ruined

I’ve never had to leave a bad review but here we are. I was really looking forward to this stay but a couple hrs before check in I get a message saying that my check in was gonna be delayed due to extensive damage from previous tenants. Which I was ok with since I was gonna arrive about an hr or so late anyways. But not long after their message I get another saying they are going to have to cancel our reservation. I had reservations already pre paid for the same day which I couldn’t make because I spent it trying to look for another place to stay. I had to pay out of pocket again since it was a Sunday and couldn’t receive my refund right away. Because of the time of day I couldn’t get another home soI had to stay at hotel in which I had to book double rooms just to accommodate my family which. Two nights I had to stay at a hotel. Money I spent there was taking away from other things I had planned for my family. This incident really ruined my entire vacay.
