プライベートポーチをお楽しみいただける3棟の1階建ての建物です。ラウンジチェアとティキハットフォートローダーデール空港とパームビーチ空港のあるプールエリアは、ホースから約30分の距離にありますマイアミまでは車で約1時間です
aptには2個の自転車と2個のカヤックがあり、aptのすぐ外で使用できます。自転車道路の魔女がすべてのPalmビーチ郡を通過します。
釣りをしたいなら、aptの前にあるドックから釣りをしたり、ディアフィールドビーチの釣り桟橋まで10分ドライブしたりできる2つの釣り竿があります

Waterfront paradise

Nice condo located on the canal. Walking distance to beach. Everything was included. Enjoyed the screened porch. Would recommend to friends.

A much needed oasis

We have not been on a vacation since 2018. We needed this wonderful retreat. Sitting on a quiet canal off the intercostal is just what the doctor ordered. Our host was gracious and responsive. We will be coming back!

Paradise

The Tri-plex was great. We paddle boarded, cooled off in the clean pool, and sat under the palapa in the evenings. Gino was very responsive and even let us borrow a fishing pole. We will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful background

We spent a week at Gino’s place. It was fantastic. The backyard is so nice. There’s the hot tub , swimming pool, tiki hut, outdoor tables and chairs and all right on the canal. I caught many fish right from the dock which runs along the whole back yard. The kayaks and paddle board were fun. And we also enjoyed a pleasant bike ride. The private beach was a close walk and never busy. The place is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

Perfect rental for our family!

The property was clean and well stocked, and it was really nice to have beach chairs & umbrella, kayaks and fishing pole available to use. It’s in a nice quiet area but still close enough to Delray Beach. It was nice having the private beach pretty much to ourselves, but we didn’t stay there long due to the excessive seaweed, so we were thankful to have the waterway and pool available at the house. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the tiki hut, bikes and kayaks are apparently shared with another unit. Thankfully our neighbors didn’t use them much, but it might be disappointing if you expected to use them and they were already taken. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are thankful that we found such a great property for our family vacation!

Great place to stay, right on the canal with beautiful views!

Great location, very nice apartment for a small family. You share the deck and pool area with the other places. Probably best renting together with people you know. It’s a little awkward swimming with other family since it’s more like a house and not a hotel setting. I still loved it, especially sitting on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee. They have beach gear to use and bikes which is a nice plus.

Wonderful cottage

My parents live in Highland Beach and this year our entire family came down for the holidays. 21 people was just way too many too fit in my parents house, so we rented this fantastic little cottage so we could be close to them. My parents own a spectacular home in Highland Beach, and we figured the cottage would just be used for sleeping. Well, the lovely backyard on the canal was so nice, my family members were jealous of us! The place is clean and well maintained. If I owned it and was living there, I'd definitely want to update it a bit, but for a rental, it was fantastic, and I have high standards. We will DEFINITELY be renting it again if we need to. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and I can't recommend it enough.

Un bijou!

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l'endroit ! Relaxation assurée, quartier calme et ambiance floridienne authentique. Que ce soit assis dans la palapa, la véranda ou dans la piscine, chacun y trouve son compte! Une courte marche de 5 minutes pour arriver à l'océan et en admirer la beauté. Beaucoup d'espace dans la villa ( avec deux chiens c'est parfait) et rien ne manque. Quel plaisir de regarder passer les bateaux dans le canal! Nous reviendrons assurément. Amazing location

Our family of 4 booked this place for 4 days. It was in a quiet neighborhood on the intercostal. The pool and hot tub were amazing once we found the controls and realized it took about an hour to heat up. There were issues of maintenance that we will share with the property manager Luca who was great to deal with. We were disappointed that the description of close to the beach was greatly exaggerated. The private beach was nice but required bikes or drop off.
