The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with tons of room for everyone! The house is centrally located to several stores and restaurants. Close by you will find beautiful Downtown Coeur d'Alene which boasts lots of restaurants, unique shops, Lake Coeur d'Alene Beach, hiking and biking trails. A short drive the other direction will take you to both Triple Play and our wonderful theme park Silverwood with lots of fun for the whole family! We are a short dive from Spokane.

Wonderful place! Lots of room! Our son suddenly passed away and we needed a place for my family coming from Denver and Oklahoma. It is only 5 minutes away from where we held the funeral service! That was a huge blessing!! We had a wonderful family time together even though it was because of a family tragedy. Thank you for being/having such a great place to stay!

The house itself was great, and we enjoyed the property. However, there were some significant issues during our stay that really affected our experience.The internet did not work for the entire time we were there. We had to repeatedly message the owner and were given several troubleshooting instructions, but none of them resolved the problem. Eventually, we had to ask her to come to the property and address the issue herself. We were all working during our stay and relied on having a functioning internet connection, so this was a major inconvenience.What was particularly disappointing was the owner's comment that we should have simply used our phone hotspots. I found that response very unprofessional and dismissive. As guests, we should not be expected to use our personal cellular data as a substitute for an amenity that was advertised as being available at the property.We also experienced an issue with the hot water running out. We had to wait between showers for the water to heat back up, which was inconvenient, particularly when traveling with a group.Overall, the house was very nice, but the lack of working internet for the entire stay, the repeated troubleshooting we were expected to do ourselves, and the hot water issue made the experience much less enjoyable than it should have been. I would encourage the owner to make sure these issues are properly addressed for future guests and to reconsider how these types of problems are handled when guests report them.

The house worked very well for us, a group of 8. It would have been helpful to know that it is a split level, which meant it was a bit of a challenge for the most senior member of our group. The advice in other reviews to bring extra TP and paper towels was spot on. The host, Denise, communicates promptly.
