Hermosa frente al mar 2 camas, 2 baños 3er piso condominio

Esta casa adosada de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene todo lo que necesita para que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables. Nuestro complejo pequeño y tranquilo está ubicado al norte de Kaanapali y a minutos de Lahaina Towne.

Estamos muy cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y todas las actividades de playa. Dé un paseo por el mercado local de agricultores. Cene en nuestros numerosos restaurantes que sirven el pescado más fresco de la isla y la cocina local. Experimente la vida nocturna de Kaanapali y Lahaina Towne. Tome una clase de surf, conduzca hasta el cráter Hana o Haleakala o, mejor aún, simplemente tome una siesta.

Hay una piscina en el suelo justo en el borde de los océanos, lanai privado perfecto para ver la puesta de sol, estacionamiento gratuito en el lugar, cable, teléfono local, barbacoa de gas y acceso inalámbrico a internet gratuito. Relájese cómodamente en nuestro condominio actualizado a solo 30 pies de la orilla.

El dormitorio principal privado está en el segundo piso y cuenta con una cama king size de California. Baño principal adjunto con ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio en la planta principal tiene dos camas individuales y un segundo baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo.

Despliegue sofá para 6 personas en total. La cocina completa tiene todos los servicios básicos, incluyendo ollas / sartenes y utensilios de cocina. Los ventiladores de techo, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD / CD ofrecen todas las comodidades del hogar. We were thrilled with how many whales and turtles we saw this year. We have stayed at the Kulakane for at least 5 years and have loved every minute of it. Debbie and Tony are great managers of the property, always available to help. The only sort of negative is the furnishings are getting worn but I can live with that!We have already planned a stay for next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No AC, and the ceiling fan in the master barely worked. The bed in the master is cheap and very uncomfortable. The combination of the three made for 10 nights of lackluster sleep. Additionally, there was no smoke detector and electrical outlets were touchy and some missing cover plates.

Paradise at the Kulakane

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 28 days at the Kulakane in March. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Location, Location, Location! Our view was great. We watched whales from our Lanai and turtles feeding right in front of our condo. Debbie and Tony are the best, any time I asked for something or had a question they were right there. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs as there are roosters crowing, dogs barking and etc. They didn't bother us but it's what it is, life on Maui. I guess you can tell we love the place and have already booked 4 weeks next year. You'll love it!

Amazing Maui Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at The Kulakane for a week and wished it had been longer. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed, with a full kitchen - which made it easy for us to cook some meals and feel much more like home. We loved the location as well, very close to Lahaina and walking distance to several local shops and restaurants. Each condo has it's own patio/deck, facing into some of the most amazing sunsets any if us have seen. We had rainbows almost every day, and daily visits from the group of sea turtles who come within feet of the Kulakane for hours every day. The community of people here were very friendly and welcoming, they have a party every Friday at sundown, we even got to blow on a conch shell, which was cool! It was an amazing experience, we would definitely recommend staying here , and will hopefully be back soon!

Unit 305 was very clean as were the bedding, towels, etc. Green Turtles, whale blows and great sunsets! The unit could use some furniture and appliance refurbishing/updating - Microwave turn table did not work, lamp shade was falling apart, chipped candle holder, etc. But overall, it was in good condition and comfortable. Everything was clean, plenty of sleeping space and AMAZING views! This condo was even better in person than in the photos. We stayed for 10 nights, and each day saw tons of sea turtles! One thing my kids loved, was the beach toys in the closet that we got to use! The no air conditioning didn’t bother us at all and neither did the road noise. I also want to point out that Debbie and Tony are amazing! The booking process, check in and out was so easy! We will be back in a year!

Short drive to Napili Bay for snorkeling. We also snorkeled right outside our condo. We blew the conch shell with everyone at 6:30 every night. what a nice way to end the evening. Friday night pupu party. Bring a dish to share!

Kulakane unit 305

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bedroom unit needs updating. The ceiling fans were dusty but management cleaned upon our request. Floor fans also very dirty & were not used or broken. Garbage disposal noisy& should be repaired. Oven light burned out. Sliding glass door difficult to use (Tony said new one on order). Floor lamp in living room has loose socket & require repair & 3-wat bulb. Kitchen supplies lacking: only 4 teaspoons, no mixing bowls, broiler pan missing insert, only 1 would e glass, no candles present to use on lanai. We found broken glass in dishwasher. Rust on side of frig and on metal stairwell- need painting. Carpeting is shag and outdated. Laundry basket provided is broken & needs replacement. Binoculars provided do not work & need replacement. (We brought our own binoculars.) no guest book provided for comments. A rubber mat in kitchen would be helpful because humidity causes slippery floor at times. A wall mounted rack to hang coats or purses by front door under stairs would be useful, as well as Key ring rack. The grounds are in great shape but unit was worn & outdated ; cannot recommend this unit. Have stayed in other property units that were great. This one missed the mark. Maui Kulakane

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some TLC. The kitchen equipment was sparse (no cooking vessel for the oven except aluminum foil.) All the furniture appears to be original circa 1970. The ants in the bathroom and kitchen were annoying. I would stay at the Kulakane again but not in this unit, as several others we saw were much nicer for the same price. Debbie and Tony could not be nicer. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the view is best on the island.

Fantastic Time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with the loft. It was perfect for our return trip to Maui after living here 26 year's ago! The grounds around the condo and the pool were kept in terrific condition and to have access to the beach and turtles was a true highlight as well. The units here don't have AC and that was great with us! The doors opened and the tropical breeze is why we came! I have referred many people here as it is well worth staying.
