Esta casa, construida en 2017, tiene todas las comodidades. Tres dormitorios, dos baños con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Tiene una sala de lavandería. El baño de la sala tiene una bañera / ducha combinada. Pisos de baldosas en todo. Una romántica chimenea está en la sala de estar. The house is well-stocked, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! It was no more than a 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see or do. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit and enjoyed our stay. Love that it was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. Tammy, the host lives across the street and came over and introduced herself. Great communication throughout the process.

This is the perfect little house in a great area. Very clean and the host is so amazing. This has been one of my favorite rentals ever. The kids were even in love with it. Definitely saved it to come back.

We have stayed in Tammy‘s properties several times. As always the house was very clean and ready for us when we got there. The check-in process is very easy. Tammy responds to messages very quickly. The property is pet friendly. It’s an excellent location if you were going to anything at Mccallie It’s easy to get downtown also. I highly recommend that you check out her gardens when you’re there. It’s a great place to watch a sunset.

This is without a doubt the best home we have stayed in. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could imagine, as if someone lived there. Very comfortable beds. The perfect place for dogs and children. Lots of games and toys. Tammy lives across the street and is always around since she owns other rentals on the street. Very convenient location. I hope to stay in her one bedroom home when I come to visit my granddaughter who will be attending UTC. It will be a great place for families coming to graduation and needing lots of room. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

Great rental in a good location. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there and the communication with the host made checking in and out a breeze. Super close to downtown and close but not too close to the freeway which made getting out of the city super quick.

The home appeared newly renovated and was very well done. It was perfect for our needs, clean, well appointed, and was very close to all of the activities we wanted to do while there. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. To start, anything you could possibly need is there for entertainment, for babies/children, & even some stuff for our fur babies. There is plenty of space and a welcoming comfortable cozy vibe while also being clean with so many towels and pillows. The real prize was the gardens the owner has obviously spent years of hard work and love cultivating it into a wonderful surprise with stunning views. If you love nature and art this is the place for you. If you like charming and cozy this is your place too. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Loving home. Nice area for dog and owner was near by and reachable for all needs. You can find everything you needed in this home. Games for kids, playground and nice yard. Me and my family will only be looking to stay at this location for every visit to Chattanooga.

It is a pretty spacious home, conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit. There was plenty of room for all six of us to roam through the house freely. There was a discrepancy with price….the VRBO site says no hidden fees, but then added them to the cost once we booked. We went ahead and kept the booking because of the proximity to everything. Host has a playground for the kiddos and a nice garden to view, as well as several books to read and games to play.

Tammy was a fantastic host! She’s lives across the street from the VRBO, so she stopped by to introduce herself and encourage us to reach out if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us. She had provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. There were lots of toys for the kids and an assortment of games and puzzles. Also she provided a list of things to do in Chattanooga and recommended some places to eat. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the college for the graduation and it was close to get to my brothers that lives nearby. We would definitely stay here again, if needed.

We didn't get to enjoy the gardens due to inclement weather, but play area and Garden area looked amazing. Very clean, excellent amenities, Tammy was a great hostess!

Has a basement for all you professional bicyclists. The house is just right for your family, with 2 other rentals down the street. Gray Gables and Ridgedale Roost. Dogs from little to big are welcome!

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cove the follow dogs: Dobermans, Chows, or Pit Bulls.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
