Yes! We have an awesome location and we take pride in our cleaning!
Capacity of 4 adults. 1038 sqft ground floor apartment with large patio, BBQ grill, Internet, 55” 4k Smart TV with YoutubeTV (live cable channels) and more.
Floating plank floor, new walls, new central A/C, extremely clean!!

2 Bed/1Bath apartment, full kitchen. Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Microwave.

1-King bed, 1- Queen bed, 1- Genuine leather recliner sofa.

Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), don't pay ever for parking, just take a walk to the beach!!

Hurricane Impact windows and accordion shutters. Security surveillance system.
Washer/ Dryer in unit.

Biking friendly area. Kayak launching spot.
Do grilling or enjoyment of the sun. 2 Parking spots. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters. Close to I-95 (access through Boynton Beach Blvd or Woolbright Rd) & Delray Beach. Centrally located between Palm Beach and Boca Raton.

Great location

Comfortable beds! Clean! Proximity to to downtown Boynton is great. We had no issues and any questions were answered quickly.

Great location

Pros:Place was nice and clean. Was close to a mini plaza and two restaurants/bar/grills. Banana Boat and Two George’s. Great places. Walking distance. Beach, however, you had to drive to. Unless you’re an avid walker. Cons:Bed was hard. Very hard. If you’re into a firm mattress great. But if you’re into a soft one this isn’t the one. Hot water pressure for a bath wasn’t good at all. Shower didn’t have great water pressure either. Overall. It was what we needed. Close to family and the beach.

Close to the beach!

Lovely stay, plenty of room. Just wish the rental included beach chairs to take to the public beach. We had to rent beach chairs.

Very Clean

The place was spotless when we arrived. The location was as the listing stated. Very close to two great restaurants. the beach was only about a mile away. It was a very safe area. The street art festival in Lake Worth Beach was amazing. The farmers market on Saturday morning in West Palm Beach is worth the trip.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a place to stay in Boynton Beach that was close to Sterling Village. This was perfect as it was right next to the Village where our family lives. We loved staying here as we had somewhere to unwind at the end of the day, a back patio to relax with a drink or just laze back on sofa and watch tv. Kitchen with all the basics needed. Washer and dryer for a quick load of laundry before heading home. Just a clean, well appointed home with no-frills that we did not need on this trip.We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other family members who often come down.

Five start for the stay

I appreciated the safe environment and convenient location for my school and other entertainment. Lots of choices of restaurants and activities if you have time for it. The house was spacious enough for me and my classmate. I enjoyed the ripe mangoes in the backyard. Juan and his wife were very responsible to make sure the environment will be maintained and clean. The only things bothers me was the noise from the heater generator inside my room. I still rate 5 starts for this stay and I will come back.

Everything was great! The location was walking distance to the beach and the property was clean with a lovely backyard. The host was easy to communicate with as well.

Worked out Great!

Might even be a bit nicer (and larger) than the pictures depict. The WiFi and AV all worked great. The backyard was a pleasant spot for Happy Hour. And the location was perfect for our needs.

Nice yard

My husband and I stayed in March with our two sons, ages 3 and 5. The property was clean and matched the description/photos. We really enjoyed the backyard. It had a nice shade covering a dining table as well as lounge chairs with an umbrella. I drank my coffee outside to the sounds of the birds chirping each morning while my sons chased little lizards around the backyard. While we drove everywhere, without young kids, you could easily walk to several restaurants, including two on the water.

Fantastic property manager tried, but place somewhat disappointing.

Location was great. Walking distance (15 mins) or 3 min car ride to beach, and under 10 minutes walk to multiple nice restaurants. Close to main thoroughfares, but quiet area. Property manager was extremely responsive. (For example we complained that the backyard grill was in terrible shape, and he bought a new one the next day.) Overall, though, the apartment was rough around the edges. Pots and pans in the kitchen were old with rust spots (he bought us a new pan), the dishwasher and stove were grimy and dirty (he came in and cleaned both), and the kitchen overall felt old. The place, especially the kitchen, needed a facelift. But the basics were fine- water pressure in the shower was great, king size bed was very comfy, AC worked very well.

I will be staying again!

Everything was perfect. The only cons were there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and a few Ants. Other than that the condo was clean. I loved the decorations. It even had a humidifier! Minutes from beach!

New year in Boynton

Had a fabulous stay in Boynton Beach. The house lived up to our expectations and fit us perfectly. It’s small but clean and cozy. Location is perfect for morning walks to the beach. Don’t miss Frankie’s pizza around the corner in the strip mall. Juan and Noora were super friendly and easy going.

Great Condo For Family Visit

The condo was great for my visit with my father. It provided great indoor and outdoor space so I could work and allow my dad space on own. The owners were easy to communicate with so it was a good week.

Great rental close to the beach

We loved our stay here. The property was clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the outdoor patio area lovely. We ate outside almost every day. We'd stay here again in a minute.

Comfortable and quiet

This property was exactly as described. Juan responded quickly to every question we had. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer and dryer available was very helpful in keeping the amount of clothing we needed to bring. Beds were very comfortable and having WIFI was an added bonus. Five minute drive to the beach, and just a few minutes to any needed shopping. I highly recommend this property and host!

No condominium rules, no one will bother you, (NO HOA) no Home Owner Association member spying on you.
Beach and Marina right there, we don't have a mansion but we get to be in the same area as those rich folks.
