Trouvez The Gathering House dans un quartier doux prÚs des montagnes du cÎté ouest paisible. Profitez d'une VUE parfaite sur Pikes Peak. Ouvrez la porte arriÚre pour un espace ouvert, des sentiers et une colline de luge. Idéalement situé et à proximité du pittoresque jardin des dieux, Pulpit Rock, Ute Valley Park et USAFA. Profitez des restaurants à proximité, d'un feu à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, d'une grande cour, d'un patio lumineux et d'un foyer. Nouvelle cuisine! La maison est confortable, confortable et chaleureuse. Parfait pour se rassembler. Bienvenue et amusez-vous!

PAS DE CHATS ET NON FUMEUR! (Nous sommes super allergiques.) Je vous remercie! De plus, si vous fumez dans l'outback, veuillez éteindre tous les mais de cigarettes dans le foyer. Nous avons un espace ouvert trÚs SEC derriÚre nous pendant une partie de l'année.

L'emplacement et la vue sont un joyau. La maison de rassemblement est une maison à trois niveaux. 3 chambres à l'étage, 3 salles de bain, un salon, salle familiale, salle à manger, buanderie et cuisine rénovée. La salle familiale dispose de canapés confortables, d'une télévision, d'une console avec systÚme de jeu et de jeux de société. La cuisine devrait avoir les ustensiles et les appareils dont vous avez besoin, y compris une cafetiÚre, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un ouvre-bouteille, etc. La chambre principale a un grand dressing, une salle de bain attenante et un lit pour tout-petits vintage. Vous avez également accÚs au garage. Il y a une grande cour arriÚre avec des sentiers qui commencent juste derriÚre la maison. Il y a un parc avec des équipements de jeu à seulement cinq minutes à pied sur Delmonico. Cette maison est à 10 minutes du Jardin des Dieux, à 10 minutes de l'USAFA, à 10 minutes du centre-ville, à Old Colorado City est à 10 minutes, et Manitou et la pente sont 15-20. Si centralement situé.

Vous pouvez accéder aux 3 derniers étages, au garage, à la cour avant et arriÚre et à l'espace ouvert. Vous n'aurez pas accÚs au sous-sol. Nous verrons la porte du sous-sol verrouillée pour des raisons de sécurité, car tous les services publics de la maison ne sont pas fermés. Vous aurez accÚs à la moitié du garage pour deux voitures et de l'ouvre-porte de garage. Nous ferons garer nos vieilles Mercedes sur le cÎté gauche. Il ne fonctionne pas actuellement ou nous aimerions vous le proposer. :)

Clean, very roomy (3 leisure rooms), will comfortably sleep up to 12 adults with 3 to 4 couples sharing a bed. Entertainment galore found inside the house. Plenty of supplies. Regular coffee maker, French Press coffee maker, and Keurig (with multi cup reservoir). All in all a very excellent stay.

Spring Break trip

We used this house as a base for our excursions into the mountains , USAFA, & Colorado Springs. The house was perfect for our mixed family of teens & adults. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak out of the rear windows!

Perfect House for our Family Trip

This house was great for our family. We had two families meet together, and the house met our needs. The backyard was a big highlight for the kids (ages 13 to 2). The toddler bed and pack n play were perfect for our young kids. The location was great. We did run out of hot water in the master bedroom shower a couple of times, but we were competing with the other shower, so somerhing to note for big groups! Shelly was wonderful to communicate with, and she was helpful when we couldn't figure out the lockpad for the door. My son keeps asking to go back!

Vacation stay

This property served our 7 member party well. The house was spacious. The view from the backyard was breathtaking. I didn’t do any cooking (I was on vacation) but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with what one would need. The air conditioner worked very well. It was located within a reasonable driving distance to many points of interest. We had a great time and would return if headed back to COS.

Colorado Springs Trip

We loved our stay at this property! The home was clean and in a great location to explore pike’s peak and garden of the gods. It had a beautiful view from the back yard and we loved the deck to relax on in the evenings.

2 night stay

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage boys all had a bed of their own and this is a big plus. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen or the fire pit in the backyard. The view from the backyard is awesome!! Would definitely rent again from Shelly if we are in the area.

Amazing Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our visit to CO Springs for our kid's spring break! The house and view of Pikes Peak was absolutely breathtaking - we cannot wait to return! The house was great for kids - the only issue I would say was the shower doors in the main bathroom did not want to close. Other than that we just used the bathroom in the hallway - which was fine. We visited Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and Denver - we wanted to do more hikes but the weather was too cold on the last day (snow) so we hung around town! Thanks for allowing us to say in your wonderful home! The view is a complete treasure!

Home away from home

very cozy property with a view that was better than I remembered from the pictures. House was stocked with basic essentials and directions were clear. I do wish there was a better place for our trash, as the outside cans were full.

Incredible view, excellent manager

The backyard view and access to the rockrimmon open space was incredible. We saw mule deer, rabbits, owls, magpie, huge grass hoppers all in the back area. The property manager, Shelly was super easy to work with, and the house was clean and ready. Very pleased!

Beautiful view, perfect location, charming home

The Gathering House was perfect for our 7 family members for our sons Air Force graduation and wedding! Shelly was such a gracious hostess and responded immediately and met our every needs. The kitchen is beautifully updated and we cooked for all that gathered at the house. We even made s'mores, which Shelly had provided the ingredients for, over the fire pit in the backyard!

Beautiful home with beautiful views

The house was exactly as advertised! Amazing views! Everything you need is in the house from paper towels, dishes, toilet paper, cooking utensils, etc.... The home owners gave us complete privacy and were quick to respond to texts and emails. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and all the “hot spots” such as Garden of Gods/pikes peak/etc. Something to consider is having your groceries delivered to the house (Safeway). We did that and it made it easy to prepare some meals at the house without wasting vacation time at a grocery store!

I love hosting and love asking, "What kind of trip do you need this to be?" to my house guests. Some come for adventure & others need a retreat. In my own life, I've found both in this city and love to help point others to experiences they will enjoy!
I'm a Christ follower. I enjoy: people, music, audio books & podcasts, chasing the sun with my camera, travel with girlfriends, & yoga. Living present & intentional to soak in all the good bits of life!

We wanted a little slower pace than the Southern California pace that we grew up in. After a visit to Colorado Springs, we fell in love. It seemed the perfect balance for us. We sold our house in CA and bought this house sight unseen because of the view and location! It has been such a special place for our family. We love the quiet and wildlife that the open space bring. We love the proximity to everything and you couldn't ask for better neighbors. And we are happy to get to share it with you!
