Linderhof Condominiums directly across the street from StoryLand.
Why rent something outdated and old when you can rent something updated with a nice modern twist!!
Why rent from us?? There are many units available for rent in this complex but were they recently upgraded with pergo flooring, new carpet, new paint throughout entire unit? How about all new furniture, bedding and kitchenware?? If that excites you please continue reading!!
Unit is on the lower level and an end unit for maximum privacy. We also have a video doorbell and 3 security cameras in the front of the property for your protection and security. Cameras are covering the front parking area and the back of the building.
Unit is located on Linderhof Golf Course. I am a full Country Club Member which gives all my renters access to the outdoor pool (Summer only and closes after Labor Day weekend) and clubhouse on premises for an additional fee.
That is the only membership that gives renters access to the amenities. Even if you don't choose to rent from me make sure whoever you are renting from has this membership or no pool/golf/tennis courts access would be available to you.
Clubhouse also serves food and drinks (alcohol). The additional fees to use the pool and golf course are: Pool/Tennis court access is $7 per person per day or $20 per day per family. 3 days is $35 per family, 7 days is $55 per family. Golf is $10 per person which includes unlimited rounds per day per person.
One AIR CONDITIONER in unit (living room). AC cools entire condo with ease!
YES WE HAVE WIFI!!! Extended range Wireless router! ($100 will be deducted from your security deposit for any attempt to reset the wireless router)
Maximum 6 people (4 ADULTS MAX AND 2 CHILDREN)
THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, entire group will be removed if this is not followed! Thanks!
No pets, sorry! Entire $250 security deposit will be forfeited if a pet is brought into the condo.
NO SMOKING IN UNIT, Entire $250 security deposit will be forfeited if any smoking in the unit!! Please smoke outside (front and side of building only!! At least 35 feet away from building!! No smoking in the back of the building, absolutely no exceptions!!! Security deposit will be forfeited if you smoke in unit. No exceptions.
Please note that quiet hours start at 10pm, thank you for respecting the rules. If you are looking for a party type location then unfortunately our condo is not right for you. We do take this very seriously and any fines passed down by the condo association for any noise violations will be taken out of your security deposit. Thanks!
New pergo floors, new carpet in bedrooms. Entire condo painted!! All new small kitchen appliances: toaster oven, coffee pot. Silverware, dishes, glasses and mugs. New pots and pans, cutting boards and colander. Bottle opener! We tried to think of it all.
Living room has a 50" LEDTV, Blu-ray player (over 25 movies on DVD), sleeper sofa and storage ottomans.
3 TV’s in condo all have Roku streaming devices for you to sign in to your favorite apps.
We also have AppleTV connected so you can cast video, apps, etc from your iPhone/iPad or MAC.
Bedrooms have new beds, frames, mattresses, nightstands, dressers and bedding.
First bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top).
1 bathroom and there is a bathtub.
Kitchen is fully stocked including Keurig (bring your K-cups), microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot and all cookware, plates, cups, glasses and silverware.
Laundry in unit!!
2 parking spaces, please park lined up with the corner of the building, park behind each other. Additional parking to the right on the grass.
Ellis River runs behind the unit.
10 minutes from North Conway! Close to great restaurants!!
10 minutes from Attitash and Mount Cranmore.
Storyland is directly across the street!!
Close to many great hiking spots!
Check In and Check Out times:
I plan on guests leaving by 11am and not arriving until 4pm. If there is no one checking out before your arrival or checking in the same day you leave, you may be allowed to check-in early, please ask.
No key is needed, unique key code access will be given upon final payment.
Checkout: Please bring all garbage to the dumpster which is located next to the clubhouse. If you do not bring your own sheets please strip the bed and place them on the floor.
Emergencies:
There is no landline in the unit.
Tell the 911 operator your location which is:

You need to be at least 25 years old and willing to take responsibility for your party while staying at the condo.
50% refundable deposit due to confirm booking.
Balance due 10 days prior to your visit.
Cancellation one month prior to arrival receive a full refund.
$250 security deposit is required and will be automatically refunded to your card if no damages.
Please be respectful, if you break something please inform me, accidents do happen.
We ask that you do cleanup after yourself, nothing crazy just again please be respectful.
Early check-in is available, the cost is $50 and you would be able to arrive at the condo for 1:30pm. Please inquire before booking, thankswalm to Storyland’
