TrĂšs bien

Le logement et la communication avec son gĂ©rant furent excellent. Le logement Ă©tait d'une grande propretĂ©, et trĂšs pratique avec un grand salon, 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain. IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  50m de la rambla, il conviendra toutefois d'ĂȘtre prudent si vous rentrez tard dans la nuit.

Barcelona Apt

The property was nice and the property manager lacking.. In addition, there was only one (1) cabinet/closet for hanging clothes. There were no hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms. In addition, the mattress in the main room is hard and a bit uncomfortable. I would have rated the apartment higher if it wasn't for the property manager. When we arrived the apartment wasn't ready and we had to spend two (2) nights in a different apartment. The property manager had us waiting in the street for a half hour because he didn't respond to my notifications, text messages, or calls that we were on our way from the airport. Even after we were able to move from our temporary lodging to the apartment that I rented and paid for the property manager still wanted us to allow contractors into the unit when we were out. The property manager didn't necessarily care about our privacy and was more concerned with his getting to a show on time than the hospitality. Again, I cannot state it any clearer - the property manager, David, needs improvement, but the property itself is ideally located and if you don't need a closet or comfortable mattress this place it perfect.

Great space David was a great host

We stayed in Barcelona for 4 days before a 7 day cruise. Place was very clean, owner was supper accommodating letting our party drop off our bags before check-in so we could explore the city without our luggage. Apartment was being cleaned and we had a 10am flight arrival. Owner kept in great contact with us texting us couple days before, while in transit, meeting us early, and giving us some suggested places to eat and go during our stay. Couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. Traveling with a couple and 3 single people the 4 rooms worked out perfect. For a couple of day stay in Barcelona this is the perfect location to get around and see the city. The street the apartment is located on is closed to public car traffic but open for commercial traffic like taxis and delivery vendors for the businesses. The street is busy with foot traffic, nothing like the city center but lots of people going to work and such. There was the partying crowd passing thru after the bars closed down. A few minutes of really happy people going home. Nobody in our group found it to be disturbing. Washer and dryer in apartment are a bonus! We shouldn’t have packed as much....We all wish we could have stayed there after the cruise but they were booked. Would stay there again and highly recommend this apartment!

Great Location

The apartment is in an excellent location. Very Easy to get to the metro and to travel around the city. Check in was easy and the property manager offered suggestions for food and entertainment. We were even able to work out leaving our bags at the apartment before official check in so we were able to enjoy the city! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The AC was not working, BUT they had a free standing unit in the living room and fans in all of the bedrooms to keep us cool. The property manager stated that they would be installing a new unit.

We are a family of 5 with “kids” ages 15 thru 22 yo. This location was awesome, so easy to get to everything and very comfortable. The property manager Dave was very helpful.

Ideal location

Really a perfect location right off of Ramblas, and right on top of a train stop. It was a good central location for a lot of different neighborhoods. David was a great host.

5 days in Barcelona

Great unit in a very central location close to all of Barcelona's tourist sites. East access to the Metro. (hint get the T-10 card: 10 tickets 1E each and can be used my more than 1 person). David was easy to contact both before and during our stay and was most helpful for suggestions. I can definitely recommend this apartment. Being a very central location, expect some night time noise, but this was to be expected and was not a problem. Thanks David

Great location and apartment as described

The apartment is in a great location, just steps from the walking street. It is exactly as described in the write-ups. It met our expectations for our group of 6. The deposit was refunded in a timely fashion.
