While the Pearl St. mall is a long walk away the Ideal Market shopping area is just one block away and has an amazing coffee shop and bagelry to get your day going right. Plus Sanitas Valley trail access is only a 10 min walk as well.

Awesome location in downtown Boulder, near hiking and Pearl Street, and right next to a big park with a playground. Not fancy - perfect laid back, quirky Boulder vibe. Patio was nice to hang out on. Owner is super nice and welcoming.

This is a great upstairs apartment managed by a conscientious owner. Property is on a quiet street walkable to mountain trails, Pearl Street, and the University. A spacious and well-appointed kitchen and a private, sun-filled patio are good for in-unit relaxation.

We really enjoyed the decor and cozy feel of Eric’s place. He was responsive and friendly! The location was perfect - we went to the football game at the university of Colorado stadium. And found lots of fun places to eat along the way. The coffee shop down the road is wonderful!
