We loved our stay at your condo! When we walked in and saw the waves i knew we made the right decision. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for 8 days. All the little touches were appreciated. ( soap, spices,hair dryer, patio furniture) The view was a 10!!It was very clean and no bugs in September.The tradewinds and fans were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Amazing views!

The views and the actual condo was great. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and bed. It was just a great place to stay. Good location, especially if you have bikes or car to get to all the close amenities.

Well located, close to everything in few minutes, well renovated condo, well equipped, clean and well maintained. SIte is perfect and very quiet. Very comfortable bedding and mattress. Wonderful ocean view, although very very windy!

Excellent property with perfect view and access to the beach.

Every aspect from start to finish went without a hitch. The property is better in person than the pictures shows. Very clean inside and out. I will coming back here in the near future, highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful view

This rental is nice. Good location for jumping to both north and south shores. Grounds were kept nice & pool was beautiful in the evening when we used. Bedding/Comforter could be washed more frequently & bed was not very comfortable. Would be nice to have a privacy curtain/wall? Something in between neighbors’s deck and ours. When neighbors outside at the same time, it was awkward being in pjs drinking coffee.

The resort is in a very quiet location. I think it was the most peaceful place we found on Kauai. Every amenity we needed was in the condo. The only complaint we had was that the living room couch smelled bad and we did not use it at all.

The location is so wonderful--easy to get to restaurants close and all around the island. We loved the 2nd floor unit with wonderful views. We had a loose handle in the shower, called and it was fixed immediately--Wow! Highly recommend.

Unit 221 Kaha Lani Resort

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a one bedroom unit with no Air Conditioning. We were there in December and it got extremely hot and humid in the unit. The humility was so heavy at times our clothes and bed linen were wet. IF you plans are for the summer and you do not like sleeping wet and hot I would look for other lodging.

Thank you so much for your review. This is overall one of our favorite units for it's location; oceanfront on the 2nd floor. It is also beautifully furnished. We apologize if you found it warm during your stay. Generally when the lanai sliders and the bedroom windows are open, you do get a nice cross breeze. Closing it up to avoid the "dampness" does not help in the tropics. As you know, this unit is advertised as not having AC, Kaha Lani Resort does not allow air conditioning but being directly on the ocean, the prevailing winds do generally give a nice sea breeze into the units. Mahalo again.

Nice Condo, Beautiful Location and View

The condo is in a great location with great view of the ocean. It's only a short walk across a lawn to a quiet beach and the sound of the surf was ever present. The unit is set up with louvered windows which allow air flow from front to back and with fans and the sea breezes we did not feel the need for air conditioning. The one issue we had was with repair work going on on the building. We were not informed of this ahead of time. It was noisy and intrusive and eventually we had to vacate and find another unit to rent for the last part of our stay. The property manager we rented through, Garden Island Properties, told us that they did not have any control over the work and had not been informed. The building manager, Castle Properties, should have been more considerate of people's privacy and expectation of a quiet vacation.

Tranquil View

Perfect unit of an ocean front view. I literally did not utilize the bedroom, slept in the living with the Lani door open just to hear the soothing ocean waves. The unit was nicely maintained, lovely decor the vibe totally makes you feel the Aloha Spirit. I can’t wait to come back and visit The representative were so amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.. Mahalo for a wonderful stay
