Excellent property. Excellent room. Everything we needed. We love island winds west. This is our 6th trip here. We already can’t wait to do it again.

Nice short stay

Everything was VERY clean. The location was great. Nicely updated... Perfect size for a couple. Well done! The only thing that needs improvement is the bed, bedding and pillows. Comfort of those were the only thing that kept this from a perfect score. See you next time!

Great family vacation!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and we Loved being right on the beach.

Bad condo

We absolutely LOVE Gulf Shores BUT this rental was dirty there was mildew/mold everywhere in the bathroom that I had to clean and there was spilled sticky drink spots on the floor :( What is charged for cleaning fee is extremely high to begin with but for it to be dirty is unacceptable and YES I took pictures. I’ve owned a cleaning business for over 15 years and y’all REALLY need to hire someone new if you are going to charge that much to your clients. I won’t even start on the broke couch with holes in it

"Creative Advertising"

The listing description said a one-bedroom. If you consider that when you walk through the front door, the bedroom is immediately to the right with NO DOOR. It felt more like a studio than a 1-bedroom. The condo also was directly across from two elevators and the bedroom was on the hall side directly across from them. The kitchen was nice, well stocked and updated appliances. Furniture in living room was very worn. There was a sofa and one chair - no coffee table. The blue chair in the picture was really bad. At first, I covered it with beach towels, then my husband went to the office and came back with a set of sheets. We covered both the sofa and chair. The table for eating was up against the wall with the TV hanging on the wall above the table. If you pulled out the table so four people could sit around it, it would have been right in front of the sofa. There were two bar stools for eating at the counter, but one was holding all the components for the TV. The balcony was about the only nice thing about this condo. My husband talked to people on the beach who were renting a 2-bedroom for more than $100 less than we paid for ours. The bathroom was very small, but adequate for us. It would have been nice to have some books and some brochures for restaurants. We have been going to beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coast for over 30 years and we got most of them on VRBO. This was by far the worst we have rented. The area is nice and we found some good restaurants. We also found markets that sold fresh fish & shrimp for cooking at home although we didn't like spending that much time in the condo. Live and learn.
