Island Winds West 775 – Adorable one-bedroom, one-bath unit with Gulf-front views from the 7th floor, located just steps from The Hangout!

Unit amenities:

• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home stay. Dining area seats four

• Washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area with a sofa sleeper

• King-sized bed (please note: bedroom does not have a door)

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $50 each (plus tax), limited to two cars. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will receive a link via email to purchase passes online

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal
Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The condo is extremely clean and provided plenty of room for the three of us. The only thing I did notice is there is no curtain on the sliding glass doors. Not a deal breaker but it doesn't make it easy for afternoon naps with kiddos. All in all a great tome was had!

We were looking for an ocean facing condo that had easy beach access and was somewhat centrally located for our family of 3. Without a doubt staying at Island Winds West meets all of that criteria perfectly! The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and getting to the beach itself couldn’t have been easier. We were within walking distance of a majority of the big restaurants and shops as well, which made it easy to walk and not have to worry about parking. Check-in when we arrived was just a touch confusing because we had to get our parking pass from the Island Winds East building (right next door), which was not a big deal, we just spent a few minutes trying to locate where we needed to go. To be fair, there is a sign, we just missed it because we arrived after dark. All of the staff we had interactions with were very friendly and helpful. The elevators were quick and there were plenty of luggage carts for transporting luggage. The condo itself was a perfect size for us and had all of the basic necessities you would expect with a condo at the beach. It does state in the listing that the bedroom does not have a door, but the actual entry to the bedroom is not a doorway, it’s wider than a normal doorway and pretty out in the open (no issue for us, but I did want to share). I do feel that the condo could use a good “deep cleaning”, but overall it was nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Relaxing stay in Gulf Shores

We wanted a place away from the hustle and bustlenof Destin, so we went to Gulf Shores. We are so happy we chose this beachfront town! This condo is in the perfect location...overlooks the beach, across the street from coffee and daiquiris & a beach store, close to everything. The condo had everything we needed. If I have to be crtical about something, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay and the paper towels may as well have been tissue paper. Other than that, everything was great! Communication from mgmt was above and beyond. Note there is a $50 parking fee. I don't recall this in the original listing. We used the XPlorie BOGO excursions and it was very easy. Overall, I highly recommend!

The location was good the check in was not so good and we was told we get two parking space and we only got one it was hard to find pots and pans too cook the refrigerator wasn’t working properly when we arrived they didn’t have pot holders and pull out mattress was broken down and felt like you was sleeping on spring we had to go buy a pan so are children could sleep on the pull out and the living room was very crowded with the coffee table and the dining table and the pullout all out
