This condo had a great view of the ocean and was a great location. plenty of restaurants nearby. kitchen is beautiful. It is not someplace I’ll be staying again with little kids. there’s no room. The condo is already small but the owners have put so much furniture that there’s hardly any space to move. There’s a couch, 3 chairs, an ottoman, acoffee table, tv stand, & 3 entry tables in the main living space on top of a dining table & 6 chairs. The dining table is an odd shape so you can’t even push the chairs all the way in & the glass top isn’t even secure. Even the balcony had way too much furniture. There’s also so much decor on every surface that there wasn’t much space to put our own things. That was also very troublesome with a toddler and a baby. There were so many choking hazards and we had to move so much decor that was breakable or way too tiny to be near kids. Another issue was that the bedroom doors don’t latch. when our master bedroom door was locked it could be pushed open, & the guest bedroom door didn’t latch at all, which was very inconvenient with kids sleeping in there. The front door had to be slammed shut to latch which was very loud. If this condo is needed for just adults I think it would be great (although fitting 6 adults into such a furniture filled condo would be hard). If you have kids I would find another place that didn’t have so many choking hazards, glass top furniture, and doors that don’t shut.
