What a beautiful property. It was perfect for us 3 couples. The fire pit area was amazing, the hot tub perfrct and the game room an added bonus. We will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing home! We came up for a few nights to explore the Glen and good eats & man were we SO pleasantly surprised by this home. Between the fresh flowers, gifts, all the amazing features && the games for the kids really topped it off. We had brought a projector because we read there was no TV(which just made us all closer so was cool) and we ended up watching a movie in the hot tub projecting onto the house! It was like this spot was made for us! Definitely recommended 10000% worth it!

We loved to hear about your time at the house and how you made good memories together, in spite of the house being "unplugged" and not having a tv....way to be creative with it and turn it into such a positive experience for your family!

We stayed this past weekend at the cottage. Besides loving everything Lake Seneca had to offer, the pictures of the property don't capture the beauty and all it has to offer. We were three couples looking to spend a weekend enjoying the outdoors, some wineries and distelliries and spending quality time with friends. The cottage is quaint and perfect for six people. The grounds are beautifully taken care of and show a love for gardening that we truly appreciated. The fresh flowers in the house were a special touch. The bonus game room and jacuzzi were a huge hit. Would highly recommend.

House is adorable, amazing fire pit area and is close to Watkins Glen and tons of wineries. We missed in the listing there’s no TV but we didn’t miss it. The house is right in 14 so there’s truck and traffic noise but the bedroom window ACs helped to block the noise. Management was responsive to minor issue. P.s. gorgeous fresh flower arrangements and landscaping.
