L'unité 1201 de The Nautilus est une unité fantastique et spacieuse. Nous nous asseyons juste au-dessus des dunes, alors on dirait que vous êtes sur la plage en vous détendant sur le balcon. Nous avons travaillé fort pour que vous ayez un condo moderne et confortable pour votre visite sur la côte d'émeraude! En mars 2015, nous avons remodelé la cuisine pour assurer votre confort pendant vos vacances. Mais si vous n'êtes pas dans l'ambiance de la cuisine, il y a tellement de fruits de mer raffinés et de bons restaurants à proximité que vous ne pourriez même pas penser à des plats cuisinés à la maison! Nous aimons nous asseoir sur le balcon au coucher du soleil avec un verre de vin et regarder les vagues. Après une journée de baignade, de paddle boarding et de bombardements, c'est un bon moment de répit avant de se préparer à explorer les restaurants et la vie nocturne dans notre région. Il est également à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Destin pour les magasins et les sports nautiques. Nous adorons notre petite île tranquille et le Nautilus et nous sommes confiants que vous le ferez aussi!

Great condo! Exactly as pictured. Easy access to walkway to beach. We took advantage of their beach towels and beach tote. They also offered a small cooler. I always order Walmart delivery when we get there. They offered to accept delivery and put frozen items and refrigerator items in fridge. It was great not having to wait for delivery Condo was clean and furniture comfortable. Will definitely book again.

First stay in area.

First time to Destin area. Loved being at the beach level. The unit was nice. Well stocked. Beds were good. Updated baths were great. Could use new smaller furnishings in living room. I would stay there again.

Sunday Very Early Construction Noise and Bathroom Ants

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew going in that construction would be happening, but had been told it should be on the other side of the complex during our brief weekend stay in Feb. So when it started directly outside our condo on Sat morning at 6:30am we chalked it up to the nice discount we had received and the vagaries of construction work. But, when we started hearing hammers and loud talking at 6:30am on Sunday, we were unpleasantly surprised. Sunday is not a traditional construction work day and to start loudly so early was very inconsiderate. As we had our coffee on the balcony enjoying the incredible view, we had painters right off it on their scaffolding. Our college age girls were freaked out by the many ants in their bathroom. They ended up using ours most of the time. It was just for a three night stay over a weekend, so we tried killing them ourselves and then mentioned them when we checked out. The view was breathtaking and the condo very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: This condo does have million dollar views, very clean and spacious. easy access to the pool and beach. only issue was the TV's in the bedrooms. the master bedroom TV was not very clear and finding the correct remotes was a fun game. the TV in the 2nd bedroom was so small it was hard to see the screen. those are very minor things overall i give it 5 stars and would recommend this to anyone including myself in the future

Love this property! It feels like you are sitting on the dunes and you don't even have to leave the balcony! 2nd stay in this location and I'll be back for a 3rd. Cons: Needs new master bedroom mattress and smart Tvs would be nice for when you have downtime

Very difficult getting all our luggage to the room with 3 kids..up the stairs. The south elevator was broken our entire stay. The unit was clean except under the furniture & behind furniture. I found good crumbs, a fork, & clothing behind a dresser while I was trying to plug in phone chargers & a baby monitor. With that being said, our unit could have been cleaned better before we arrived. We absolutely loved the balcony & the view! Perfect unit for families with little ones. Very easy to get to the beach with little ones also. Beach service was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience despite the elevator & trash under furniture. We would rent this same unit again. Hopefully the word will get back & the unit will be cleaned more thorough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a mostly enjoyable vacation this year. The condo itself was gorgeous and we love the view of the beach. When we arrived we found broken glass shards all over the balcony and living room (I ended up getting a piece stuck in my foot, luckily it wasn’t my kids). The staff was willing to go clean it up, but I already had. And we had neighbors downstairs that were being very loud and aggressive towards each other (but that is not the fault of the Nautalis). And when you are in the condo you can’t hear a thing. This is our second trip to Nautalis and we will be back. We love the pool and easy access to everything
