Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Adem��s, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, ����rea de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre tambi��n ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a s��lo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y s��lo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Great stay

Breathtaking views! Convenient to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our 7 and 12 year old girls. We had an amazing time! The views were amazing! Access to the beach was great! Just go down stairs and over to the beach, no problem. The balcony was great also. Everything was just as described. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing view !!!!

The condo was very clean and the view was amazing !!!! Was able to see some fireworks on the balcony....we had a wonderful time for the 4th and would definitely return !!!!

Great location

This is a great location for family’s that want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Destin but still be close to everything. Room was up to date and very clean. We had issues with the dryer not working but management made sure we had extra towels and offered to dry any personal items if we needed them. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend get away

The property was perfect for our stay. There were three of us and the three separate beds were perfect. We had plenty of space and the very short walk to the beach was great! The pool area was very clean as well. The convenient store next door was very handy for snacks, drinks, and ice. We flew so had no car and Publix delivered our groceries. It was all great!

We would return.

Unit was nice and clean. Perfect size, accommodations for 2 but we could’ve stood to bring more people. Definitely will come back again. Had everything we wanted/needed! Beach access was super close and nice to have. Pool was nice and clean. Not heated but that’s besides the point. Chairs and umbrellas for beach are included. Great stay!

We had a facet break and they were there to fix within minutes. Pool and beach access was always clean. Room had a better view then had expected. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, thanks to Sally, we were moved two times in our four night stay at the Nautilus. The first room acquired very loud fans to dry any mold potential, so we moved. The second room was booked for only two nights by mistake cuz it turned out the owners were coming in to look at the damage. So the fourth night we were put in the top floor penthouse. Too bad we couldn't have been there all along! What a unit. We loved the girls at the front desk. They were cool and calm in what was obviously a confusing time.

Another great week at the beach

The location is great, the beach views are like no other and there are many great restaurants nearby. The complex is smaller than most, well maintained and the staff are always accommodating and readily available. The condo was just as it was described with a wonderful view of the gulf. The Nautilus will continue to be our go to place on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both elevators were working in September 2023. Building is right on the beach with easy boardwalk access (no gate or lock). There is a bin of beach chairs and toys by the boardwalk where people have left items you can use. New appliances in the condo. I was most impressed with the excellent communication from the from the property managers. I was very well informed of all procedures and what would be in the condo upon arrival. Unit 2708 is on the top (7th) floor. Amazing Gulf views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The water is clear and beautiful. The sand is clean and white. We loved the free beach service. There is a bookshelf full of books in the office. We will definitely be back!
