About the host
Hosted by Megan Little-Moran
I’m from Virginia and have always loved creating spaces where people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Along with my husband, I enjoy restoring and managing unique homes that allow families and friends to gather, relax, and make memories together. Hosting gives me the opportunity to share these special places with others—whether it’s a quiet weekend away or a big family celebration, my goal is always to make your stay feel effortless and memorable.
Why they chose this property
Reedville is a charming coastal village known for its history as a fishing town and its quiet, small-town charm. Life here moves at an easy pace, with the water always close by—whether it’s the Chesapeake Bay, Fleeton’s own creeks, or the marinas filled with boats coming and going. Mornings are often peaceful, with the sun rising over the water and seabirds calling in the distance, while evenings bring glowing sunsets that reflect off the creeks and bay.
What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the sense of calm and connection to nature. Guests can stroll along the water’s edge, watch osprey and herons from the dock, or simply sit back and enjoy the stillness. At the same time, Reedville is full of small delights—local seafood restaurants, the Fishermen’s Museum, and friendly neighbors who embody the warmth of the Northern Neck. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and authenticity that makes every stay feel special.

What makes this property unique
What makes The Fleeton House truly unique is the way it combines space, comfort, and amenities for every age group. Set on five private acres along the water, the property offers a seasonal heated pool, relaxing hot tub, and a large deck with plenty of room for gathering and taking in the views. Families especially love the playground and open space for kids to run, while adults can spread out between indoor and outdoor living areas. With accommodations for 20+ guests, it’s the rare home that can host large families, groups of friends, or special celebrations—all while still feeling warm and welcoming. It’s a place where everyone can come together and make lasting memories.
