Welcome to Gulf Front Getaway, your serene Gulf-front escape nestled along the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

Construction Update - Please Read - The project is going to be undergoing repairs to replace doors and windows in all units starting around October 27th 2025, and will be ending around May 8th, 2026. This unit's repairs are 100% complete. Pool and Hot tub area will remain open.

My husband and mines stay was fabulous. The room was excellent and the views were amazing! Better than I expected! It was just the two of us but we really wanted the Oceanview. This condo would be perfect for a large family or group of friends! A huge comfy sofa in the living room, kind size bed in the primary as well as a twin bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom had a full/queen bed as well as a twin. Both rooms had excellent view of the ocean and perfect for watching the sunrise! We enjoyed the balcony as well which overlooked the Gulf. The room was clean and the host was easy to contact. We only contacted the host because we arrived earlier than check-in time. We had no reason to contact them for anything. We loved be able to walk down to the beach and having the pool and hot tub was the cherry on top! I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the beautiful Pensacola Beach! We will be back!

Although hosts were very attentive, there were some obvious deficiencies inside the unit that I would’ve expected to be corrected before I arrived. Add the fact that duration of onsite off-season construction wasn’t understood fully, we weren’t able to use the outdoor patio at all which was a bummer & we had to overlook workers on swing-stages repairing balconies & stucco walls all week. Actually enjoyed the beach when we got out & local restaurants still terrific so trip wasn’t a complete bust, but I strongly recommend putting your money elsewhere if the host ever even casually mentions there will be some repairs going on to the building during your stay, there’s no guarantee how much your unit will be affected & it’s a not ideal!

Thank you for your feedback. At the time of your stay, the building was undergoing exterior repairs managed by the HOA. We’re happy to share that all construction has since been completed and the balcony is now fully open and available for guests. We appreciate you noting our attentiveness and the location. This guest was also refunded for the issue with no balcony access.

We loved our stay! The condo was very very clean. The master bedroom was extremely roomy. Our beds were comfortable. Communication with our hosts was quick. Only downside- remember to bring dish and hand soap. This complex is great because the beach and pool are not super packed like they are at high-rises.
