Once parked in your private, secure parking space located behind the house, all that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your vacation—the canals of the Somme, the floating gardens (“hortillonnages”), and the many activities the city of Amiens has to offer, including bars and restaurants just a few hundred meters away.

The house is situated on a square that features a playground for children and a pleasant area to walk your furry friends.

Amiens is a vibrant city full of activities and ideally located for your holidays. Centrally positioned, it places you just 1 hour 15 minutes from the Opal Coast, and only 1 hour 7 minutes from Paris by train. Rich in cultural and historical treasures, Amiens is also close to many World War I battlefields and memorial sites.

The accommodation, themed around Jules Verne—the famous writer who lived in Amiens—invites you to travel in a unique setting designed for couples, friends, and families alike.

Fully equipped, the ground floor features a kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine) that opens onto a cozy living space and a small private courtyard—perfect for summer evenings, enjoying a drink, or dining with family. The house is stocked with everything you need for fun and cozy evenings: raclette and fondue sets, board games… You won’t run out of entertainment.

On the first floor, you’ll find a home cinema room with a large 4K screen and access to Netflix and Disney+, perfect for enjoying movies with family or friends in a real theater-like setting—don’t forget the popcorn!

As for sleeping arrangements, the home offers three sleeping areas: two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which includes a desk for remote work, and a third room with two single beds—ideal for children. This area also features a giant ball pit, much to the delight of little ones… and grown-ups too!
