The Souterrain Studio Apartment with Balcony (Studio 1) has an area of 40 sq.m. It has two beds that can either be arranged as a double bed, or be kept as two separate beds, and an additional sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen area with electric oven and induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensils and dishes. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, an LCD TV with cable television, an air conditioner and a kitchen table with three chairs.
