It’s also just a 10 walk to Matunuck Oyster Bar, which we’re happy to hear is open with its full menu being served at outdoor seating! Relax in the 3-bedroom/ 1.5 bath house with a delightful deck, grill, and outdoor shower. Have a cocktail/mocktail at the firepit or enjoy your latest read in the chaise loungers! Take in the beach, oysters, or just a family game night in!

With a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living space, and fun outdoor amenities like a firepit, grill, and outdoor shower, your stay will feel both effortless and memorable. Whether you’re coming for beach days, seafood feasts, or just peace and quiet, our home is a perfect home base.

This house is perfect! Clean, beautiful, smells good and the complimentary bottle of wine was so sweet. The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood and lovely outdoor space.

This home was great. It was spacious, with various gathering spots for socializing and catching up with friends. Loved being able to comfortably sit outside. The location was great! We had a short car ride to the ferry for our trip to Block Island and the state beach was just a mile away! Communication and check-in were a breeze! We all loved it and would stay again!

Happy to share that this was one of my favorite stays away from home. Joseph was hospitable and the house was very comfortable for our family. Highlights of our stay was the king size bed in the main bedroom,the outdoor shower, extra outdoor seating and the close proximity to the beach! It was all perfect. Thank you !

The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well supplied. Heat to the cottage is supplied through the flooring, but the house was quite chilly with no option to warm it up. We needed down jackets.Joseph was quickly responsive, coming to the house to increase the thermostat setting. His efforts helped a lot, but the cottage was still cool. To be clear, the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were warm.

Clean and well equipped

I rented the house for a long weekend with some friends and the house was perfect for what we needed. It was well equipped with everything that we needed and more. The house was clean clean clean, which is very imortant to me. The location was great, short drive to everywhere we needed to go. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck and loved the outdoor shower, which could use a few hooks and shelf for products, but that wasn't a big deal. Communication was A. Would definitely stay at this house again
