Great place, it has everything anyone needs for a great stay and even more. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room to relax after a day at the mountain. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The washer/dryer were of great help for keeping our skiing clothes fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed for prepearing our meals. Definetly going back!

The location was great and beds were comfortable but the dining area only seated 6 & chairs were very uncomfortable with no backs. The house was not very clean. I did reach out to the owner & he is planning to address this with the cleaning crew.

Our stay was great. The host was always very responsive - we stayed for a week, ran out of paper products and when we let them know they had a WalMart delivery to us instantly. This was our first stay in Pagosa Springs and didn't know the area well and this property sits at the junction of a busy T intersection, which was quite busy during the day (there is currently a lot of construction going on downtown) and you could hear the traffic from the highway, but it did settle down towards evening. This property did serve our large family (us, parents and dogs) well. Our teens did enjoy the garage with games and turned it into their own man cave. Thanks for having us!

We’re sorry the property was not the right fit. Everything shown in our VRBO listing was present and available when the guest arrived, and the listing photos accurately show the home. We responded right away, spoke with the guest several times, and offered to resolve every concern. The guest ultimately chose not to stay overnight. We have the home professionally cleaned after every reservation, and we remain committed to accurate listings, responsive service, and a comfortable guest experience.
