Luxury 3-bedroom, Ocean View, 3 bath house AC in Carlsbad, 5-7 minutes to beach

We just completed $150,000 renovation. This home has sweeping and spectacular ocean views from the first level but especially from the second level. This is our second home on VRBO but our first time renting it. Our other home is in New Hampshire and has over 80 five star reviews. This Carlsbad location is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. This home sits high atop Carlsbad adjacent to the Aviara Park Hyatt Resort. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen.

We're looking for 30-day renters, that's the minimum our HOA will allow. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in the gated Aviara community. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom (can be put together to make a king bed), and 1 queen bed in the second floor bedroom and a queen size blowup mattress. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. With 3 full bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and brand new front load electrolux washer and dryer during your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our home.

This home is about 7 minutes to the various Carlsbad beaches, Carlsbad State Park, and flower fields. there is almost limitless shopping nearby.
