The property has a very convenient location to many amenities. It is walkable to everything but often there are no sidewalks so care is needed when walking along some well worn paths leading to Commercial Street. It's a quick walk to a great little restaurant that sells breakfast sandwiches, which saves a lot on the more expensive places to eat. The property has a lot of supplies including things you may need for the beach, personal entertainment, and includes books, pantry items, cookware, etc. The spiral staircase is a little precarious if you have mobility issues but fine if you don't. We had a few issues with operating the a/c upon arrival but the property owner was fast to respond and help us. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the TV is amazing. Great high definition picture. Nice wood floors. The outdoor area needs a little attention. Overall, this is a very good property to stay at when in Provincetown and we would rent it again if we return to this beautiful area.

Convenient to Commercial Street

The property is a 10 minute walk to Commercial Street (where it is very difficult to find parking) and the host was incredibly responsive.

Place has it’s definite pluses but several annoyances

The unit was nicely designed with a circular staircase and comfortable bedrooms, but there were a number of issues due to lack of attention. The entry light didn’t work (making it hard to get in at night), the light switches in the bedrooms didn’t work, one of the two chairs on the deck was broken, the advertised grill had no propane, the floor was gritty and apparently hadn’t really been washed properly, and the kitchen got exceedingly hot when cooking. All in all, just ok as a result

Hi Darren, Thank you for your review! The homeowner would like to respond with the following: "I’m sorry for the inconvenience - The entryway light bulb did go out, which has been replaced. We use one of the highest quality cleaning crews in the area, and I will be sure to provide feedback to them regarding the floor. To turn on the lights in the bedrooms, please use the lamp switches. Like many other apartments, the wall switch controls one of the wall power outlets. We will also address the broken chair issue. Because summer is a busy season, sometimes the propane tank gets used up. There is a shop right across the street so most of the time our guests just grab a new one and get reimbursed from us. As to the temperature in the kitchen, we have AC on both levels and there is a back door connecting the kitchen and the patio (with a full screen), which is right by the stove. Please feel free to open the door while cooking as it can increase the air circulation significantly. We are dedicated to make our guests’ stay as enjoyable as possible. We always make sure to provide our contact information to our guests and respond to their inquiries in a very short time. We highly encourage our guests to reach out to us with any questions - We are here to help!" Best, the Evolve Team

Convenient, well-equipped, enjoyed our stay

We are a family of 4. The rooms were roomy and the unit is very close to Commercial St restaurants and shopping. Our two 9 yr olds loved the circular staircase and the overall style of the place which was quite nice. I would stay here again.

Great location and updated property.

Conviently located to shopping, restaurants and marina. Quaint, clean, and modern. Loved have outdoor spaces as well. My only minor feedback would be having to do the laundry as an expectation for checkout. I'm on a vacation.
