Fabuleux emplacement West End! Facile à pied de nombreux restaurants, les clubs, la danse de thé, des boutiques et des plages! Cette première maison de chambre étage 3 avec terrasse et barbecue en plein air pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes moyennant un supplément, un grand parking pour 4 voitures. Très bien situé dans ce quartier résidentiel calme permet pour le reste que vous avez besoin! Salle de bains carrelée avec douche à l'italienne, nouvelle salle de bains 1/2 relié à la chambre principale et une cabine de douche extérieure pour les amoureux de la nature. Les chambres spacieuses sur le lot énorme!

My friends and I loved Jim’s place! It was comfortable, easily walkable to everything yet removed just enough to be quiet at night. Nice and spacious living quarters and beautiful outdoor patio and gardens. Loved the outdoor shower! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Yes, the owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with if we had any issues. The place was huge and easily accommodated our group of 5. Great parking right next to the place. Tucked away in a nice area and an easy 10 minute walk to Commercial street.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! It's an easy walk into town, not too far from the grocery store and the beach as well. The place is charming and we had everything we needed for a comfortable six night stay. The grill works marvelously, the patio is beautiful. The outdoor shower was a highlight for me and my partner!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was located in a wonderful location, close to everything including the grocery store, Bradford and Commercial streets. The home was charming with an amazing garden and outdoor sitting area. The interior was bright, nicely decorated, super comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. Wonderful place to stay!

You do walk thru one bedroom to get into another one. Still, the place was elegantly appointed, felt both homey and posh; very responsive and friendly host. We found the kitchen stocked with almost every item you could need on vacation! The lovely, inviting, relaxing, private garden was my favorite feature.

Nice rental. Good location. Living room, dining area and kitchen were all large for a Ptown rental. The kitchen was dated but very well equipped. Patio was awesome. Lovely flowers. I would highly recommend considering this for your next trip to Ptown.

If you like older houses with character. . .

The house is utterly charming, the way old houses should be: well maintained and very livable, immaculate and well-appointed. The gardens reveal a talented gardener, offering a wide variety of lovely things to look at. James is helpful and amiable. The location offers easy access to downtown Provincetown. We really loved this place.

Amazing Weekend in Provincetown

WHAT A GEM!

We came to PTown for carnival week and found Jim's home. I can say the pictures do not do it justice. It's more spacious than it seems and has SO much fun PTown character. The patio area is to die for. I wanted to stay out there the entire time. Perfect landscaping, tucked away. I mean honestly I can't say enough good things.
