RGV Retreat A new family home with coastal boho decor for a relaxing getaway!
Unwind in La Feria at this amazing house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 2 full beds, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and toiletries, this quiet and peaceful retreat offers a spacious open concept. There is a pull out sofa in the living room and a self inflatable mattress for more bedding options along with a pack and play and high chair seat. The backyard is massive and privacy fenced and you can relax on the patio. We have family games and toys, too! And if you’re heading to the beach it’s a short drive! You can take our provided beach towels! La Feria is a quiet and safe city and there are many restaurants less than one mile from the house. In addition, the freeway is less than a mile and you can easily travel wherever you need to go!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all beds used unmade except air mattresses. Please store and place sheets in basket on dryer. All used towels sneed to be placed in laundry baskets.
Wash all dishes and return to cupboards. Take all trash to outside garbage. If you had a pet, clean up amd bag all feces and take to trash outside.
Close all blinds, turn off lights used, turn off TVs and small appliances used. Lock all doors at deadbolts only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are from the Midwest but lived in Texas several years and just love it! Our son plays college football in the RGV and he takes care of the property. We love traveling and flying. Our daughter is a flight attendant so we fly a couple times a month!
Why they chose this property
We like the new area and the proximity to nearby shopping and airports but the quiet of a small community. We love the freeway access nearby so we can get anywhere in the Valley quickly.
What makes this property unique
Our house is new and decorated beautifully. We use the house to attend our son’s football games and so we have everything there you need to make this your home away from home. It doesn’t feel like a rental house. We are not a big company. Just a family.
