I’m pretty happy over all. The area wasn’t quite what I was expecting but turned out to be quiet minus the main roadway but even that wasn’t an issue. I was nice to stay in a place without a bunch of commotion. The host was very good with communication and concerned with how the stay was in general.

Beautiful stay

Allie was very communicative on our whole process coming in, during and out. This house was very glamorous and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very peaceful. The house had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. Thank you so much Allie for such an amazing experience.

Hidden gem

Ally was wonderful! Perfect communication, perfect location. And, very well done inside. Master downstairs with 3 more bedrooms upstairs was perfect to get a break from the kid sometimes haha. She even had her own livingroom upstairs. Close to the outlets, grocery, gas stations, and quick access to the highway. Loved the stay!

Family reunion

Central location in the Valley with easy on and off to freeway. Scabby chic decor gives homey atmosphere. Spacious. Stairs so not wheelchair accessible, but this was not necessary for our family. EXCELLENT host and excellent communication! Will stay again!

Home away from Home

Everything from booking to departure was perfect ! Once arriving we felt like we were in our “Home away from Home”. The property had everything we needed and was so relaxing and the location was amazing! If your in the area and need a place to kick your feet up and feel at home then don’t hesitate to book!!! And the value??? You can’t even book a hotel for the price!!! If ever in the area again we will definitely plan our trip around availability!! The host Allie was amazing and made sure we didn’t feel like guests. We cannot rave enough about this place !!!

Centrally located and excellent host!

Cozy Home was the perfect stay for our family visit to the RGV. My dad grew up in Mercedes and came back to visit family and take care of some business. The rental is just as described and in the pictures. What you can't see in all of that is Allie's attention to detail within the rental. There was a lovely snack basket and message on the counter when we arrived. There were tide pods and dryer sheets if we needed the washer/dryer. There were q-tips and cotton balls along with soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. There were coffee pods to get us started along with different sweeteners to use. My 80 year old parents managed the stairs just fine and loved the master bedroom. The place was spotless and comfortable. The highway is a little loud if you're outside, but the AC unit really masks most of the noise. Allie was super accommodating and great with her communication. We loved our stay and will definitely rent Cozy Home again when we visit the RGV again.

Todo estuvo excelente. La sra annie es muy amable y estuvo al pendiente que nosotros tuviéramos una estancia cómoda. Tuvimos una emergencia familiar y ella me ayudó mucho en eso. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí. La casa está muy limpia y cómoda y muy acogedora y demasiado amplia.

Family Time

Wonderful experience, and Allie covered all the bases for our stay here, and she is a sweetheart! It was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The bedrooms are huge with lots of storage and beds were comfortable. She even added little touches like qtips and cotton balls in bathrooms. We cooked a few times in the Beautiful kitchen- plenty of room for more than one person to be in there at a time- loved the open concept!! The only thing was the noise of the highway - Very loud which nobody can control that obviously. However she provided 2 fans to drown the noise so that was helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we definitely plan to stay again should it be available next year. 5 star rating from myself and my family- THANK YOU ALLIE!!
