Welcome to The Big Blue House, your ideal home away from home! This spacious and thoughtfully designed 3-story getaway offers charm, comfort, and convenience—perfect for families, friend groups, remote workers, or anyone seeking a unique and relaxing stay in a beautiful neighborhood. The Space
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Inviting Main Floor ~ The first floor is the heart of the home, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with a connecting room with a spacious island (seating for 10), perfect for cooking and gathering. Adjacent is a sunroom filled with natural light, ideal for morning coffee or peaceful reading. The open-plan design makes meals, conversation, and relaxation seamless. The first floor also offers an open-concept dinette (seating for 6) and the living room with a 65-inch smart TV equipped with Spectrum TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the game.
Four Seasonally-Themed Bedrooms ~ All four bedrooms are located on the second floor and each features a comfortable queen bed and are thoughtfully styled to reflect one of the four seasons. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located on this level, providing ample space for your group to refresh and unwind.
3.5 Bathrooms Across the Home ~ In addition to the two full baths upstairs, there’s a three quarter bath located near the lower-level game room and a half bath on the main floor—ensuring comfort and accessibility for everyone.

While I eventually moved back to my home state, two of my kids remained near Bryan, Ohio—so this area still holds a special place in my heart. Wanting to stay connected to family and create a welcoming space for others, I fell in love with the Big Blue House and decided to turn it into a vacation home for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.
I now travel between New Hampshire and Ohio, often staying in vacation rentals myself, so I understand firsthand what makes a stay comfortable, peaceful, and memorable. Hosting guests at the Big Blue House is a joy for me—it's a way to share the warmth and charm of this home while being close to the people I love.
When I’m not hosting or on the road, I enjoy yoga, kayaking, hiking, dancing, and spending time with my grown kids and grandpups. I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved pups at the Big Blue House too!
