This place has everything! An abundance of extras, from towels, linens, and a well stocked kitchen (all we needed was to supply the food). The location is fantastic. The restaurant on the first floor was outstanding. And the bar on the second floor was a great place to grab a drink or two. Communication before and after our trip made our check-in and check-out so easy.

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day.

The owners were fantastic! We accidentally got locked out, and they responded super quick. We had dinner at their restaurant, Opa, and both Genti and his wife took the time to speak with us and genuinely cared that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Really nice place. Kept a lot of original building character. Seating and beds very comfortable. Be prepared for street noise and a little bar sound. White noise did help though.
