-To enter the community you need to enter through the Welcome center where you obtain a pass for your stay by showing your Driver's license and registration of your vehicle( only registered guest will be allowed to obtain a pass)
-Parking only in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles

Things to note:
-Please complete the mandatory tenant registration form which will include names of all the guests, ages, pets and vehicles information and submit it along with a valid picture ID. As per community rules, all guest must register at least 72 hours prior to check in ($50 fee - administrative fee) . Late registration ( made less than 72 hours) will have an additional $75 fee payable by the guest. Guests who fail to submit the form will not have ability to enter the community and this could result in forfeiture of reservation .
-there are security cameras on the property in front above the garage door and in the back overlooking the deck .
-Please note: Stays are limited to 28 consecutive nights in accordance with local regulations.
House rules:
-No fireworks,
-No smoking inside the home
-No parties or large gatherings
-No parking on street (cars parked on the street are subjected to being ticketed and towed)
-Please do not exceed 25MPH through the neighborhood (speeding tickets are responsibility of the guests)
-All trash must be placed in securely fastened plastic bags and deposited in designated bins outside
-Garage is off limits to guests
-Quiet time is 10pm-8 am. Please minimize noise out of respect to our neighbors
-Any violations to these rules may result in asking the guest to leave with no refund and inquire a fee of minimum of $500
