This section of the Llano River, known for its sandy beaches and granite formations, provides shallow pools suitable for all ages, making it a favorite spot for swimming, fishing, playing in the sand, and sunbathing. 🍷 Local Attractions: Please refer to our Digital guest guidebook for all local recommendations for attractions and sightseeing. Some attractions include but are not limited to: The famous Kingsland Slab just minutes from the property for swimming, tanning, fishing, playing in the sand! Lions park is the closest public boat launch ramp to the property. Putters and gutters in Marble Falls for arcade games, bowling, go karts, roller skating, food/drinks and putt putt golf. Guests will have access to the home and the area directly around the home-- property is surrounded by leased acreage, guests do not have access to property other than access private road to house and fenced yard. Guests do not have access to garage. If you need anything prior to, or during your stay--please do not hesitate to reach out to the management company at the information provided at the time of booking! Property fireplace is not for guest use. Please do not feed wildlife or other animals you may see during your stay. Please only stay at the house or around area directly around the house and do not go passed the ropes or blocked off areas as they are not for guest use. This is a hill country property so beware of snakes, bugs, wildlife, varmints etc.. during your stay. Swimming at slab is at guests risk--No lifeguard on duty and property owners and property managers will not be held liable for any injuries that may incur during guest stay on the property or while swimming at the slab. No pets of any kind allowed at this property. Please ensure to read all additional house rules and check in instructions sent at time of reservation to ensure nothing less than a perfect stay!
