The Space:
Everything is new! This was a full remodel in 2025– it has new electrical, plumbing, roof, and interior!

Our home offers a comfortable layout ideal for families or small groups. Inside you’ll find:
-Three bedrooms: 2 king beds and 1 queen bed
-Two full bathrooms
-Roku TVs in each bedroom with access to YouTube TV and live streaming
-A fully equipped kitchen with starter supplies
-Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
-Private pool in a fenced backyard with lounge seating and a gas grill
-Washer and dryer located in the utility closet off the carport
-Fresh linens and towels are available throughout the home

Whether you’re lounging poolside or enjoying a meal with friends, this space is designed to help you feel right at home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.
A 6-seater golf cart is available for rent as an optional add-on—perfect for exploring the island in style!

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze on Saint Simons!
-Car, bike, or golf cart are all great options
-A 6-seater golf cart is available to rent directly through us
-Free parking at the home

-No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk!
-Weekly services: Pool, yard, and trash services may stop by during your stay
-Starter paper products, soaps, and detergents are provided
There is a $50 pet fee per pet.
