Our little pink house is unique, cozy and convenient, located less than a half mile from downtown Maryville. The property is set on the edge of a residential neighborhood that boarders the downtown business district. You will find yourself in walking distance of several local businesses, restaurants, and bars. This convenience is hard to find in Maryville. You will also be in walking distance of Maryville College and Maryville High School. Our home is decorated with a personal eclectic style and doubles as an art studio when not rented. Currently we offer internet access and Netflix TV. Parking is behind the house.

Bed is very comfortable.
Close to downtown Maryville and Smokey Mountain National Park
I could not get the DVD to play on the TV. It looks like component video cables connecting them but the remote control select input button could not select component video. Also I could not find Monday Night Football on the TV antenna input. It would be nice to have instructions for the TV and DVD and a channel guide.
Unique in a good way
Loved the character of the house. Had everything we needed and plenty of space. The bed was a little small for us as we are use to a king but still comfortable. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to get a feel for Maryville as we are looking at areas to move around eastern Tennessee. Close to Knoxville and we enjoyed walking to the Bicentennial park. Close enough to walk to restaurants like Sullivans and Barleys downtown although full disclosure we drove (lazy)
When I review VRBO places we stay at, the best review is would we rent the place again or not. In this case we would rent again if we would return to explore the area.
Charming house with lots of character.
I really love older houses with lots of character. The only downside was mostly me and the next person may not have this problem. It did not have cable TV. I am a big college football fan and rented the house to attend the Alabama/Tennessee football game in October 2018. A close friend and I have attended this game every other year in Knoxville since 1974. We love watching College Game Day on Saturday morning and were not able to watch it. Again, this may not be a problem for the next guest. Overall, I would rent again and it was a charming house.
Cool place to stay
The home was interesting and suited our needs very well. The host was kind as x she could be.
