Great stay

A large space with plenty of privacy for multiple couples. We had a great time! Only downside was I left 2 chargers plugged in which the cleaners “never found.” Otherwise 10/10 recommend.

Everything you need for a great stay!

We loved staying at Eagles Overlook 101. The arrangement of the townhome (1-2 bedrooms on each floor) made it so that everyone had their privacy. The place had everything we needed, including cooking and baking basics like sugar, oil, and spices. We loved the location and overall, the whole place felt very quiet and private. At first, I was a little worried that being partway between the mountain and downtown, it would be hard to get around, but the on-call shuttle made things super easy. The group loved using the hot tub and taking in the beautiful views. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Eagles overlook 101 Sep 10-13 2021

This place is great! We had multiple families able to stay and have enough privacy if needed. The view is excellent! Everything was very clean and ready to live in as soon as we arrived. The iTrip team was easily accessible and very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Steamboat! Cheers!

Nice place

Nice place does need some maintenance. Shades in poor shape. Many of the windows cannot be opened due to no cranks on them. When it was almost 90 degrees in the house upon arrival this was very uncomfortable.

Amazing Experience

Stayed with some friends for a long weekend for our first time in Steamboat. The townhome was beautiful and very clean. The views were amazing, would definitely consider renting again if we return to Steamboat. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We loved it

We enjoyed our time here with 8 people. The downstairs master was nice but would be great if it had its own bath! The heat/cool didn’t work great so we were very warm the majority off the time. The shuttle service and the management company was FANTASTIC! I would stay here again!!!

Good for large groups

3.5 stars We were a group of 5 couples, and it was nice that there was a private bedroom for everyone. The layout was a little strange though, and it should be noted that the bedroom that contained the sauna was in the basement, with 2 sets of stairs to get to the closest bathroom, which was not ideal. I small powder room would be preferential to the mini fridge/sink combo down there. The master bedroom and bathroom was nice and luxurious; however, it was very noisy compared to the other bedrooms due to it's proximity to the kitchen. The unit would have received a strong 4.5 or 5 stars had it been in better condition. One cabinet wasn't even attached at a hinge, and there was quite a bit of overall wear and tear on the unit- scratches, dings, etc. One burner on the stove didn't work. While we realize it is a rental property, keeping up on these minor items would command a higher rental rate and create a sense of luxury we would be willing to pay for. The lighting in the kitchen was atrocious. There was no task lighting; cooking at night was difficult. Mismatched bulbs in a single fixture (some yellow, some white) exhibits lack of attention to detail and overall cheapness. The views were amazing, and the hot tub was great after days of outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was overall quite clean, and the location was nice. Parking was a slight issue, and you can tell it was with other units as well. Hard to get 10-14 adults in 3 vehicles, and the offsite option was poor and inconvenient. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this could be a superior unit. As is, it is nice, but not superlative.

Lovely home

Stayed here for one week with a large group. Close enough to mountain and shuttle service is easy to use. Wifi good enough for everyone to be working at the same time. Great hangout space on the top floor with a big kitchen, hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. Would recommend for those who don't need a ski-in-ski-out place.

Top Notch...

This townhouse was everything that our group expected it to be. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge place with every amenity that you could possibly need. It's very relaxing and offers plenty of privacy as well. The shuttle service from iTrip was also perfect. The quick 5 minute ride to base will save you time and money from parking on your own. I'll check on this place first for availability the next time I stay in Steamboat. A+++

Amazing Winter Getaway

As a large Southern California family looking for their first snow experience we could not have asked for a better spot. The location of the condo was amazing! It was ideally located with sweeping views of the snow capped mountains. Jason and his crew were always immediately responsive with any of needs and concerns. Top notch staff! The condo was gorgeous and easily accommodated our family of 8. We had the best experience!!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This property was great for a weekend getaway with several other couples. We really appreciated the amount of space it offered. It would be nice to have a bathroom on the lowest floor, and some of the windows in some bedrooms didn't open making it hard to cool things down at night. The views from the deck are STUNNING and the location was very quiet.

Great for a group over Labor Day!

This is our second time staying at one of these itrip properties in Steamboat! Once again we were very pleased by the accommodations and location! We had a total of 10 people staying here for the holiday weekend, we all slept comfortably in beds and had plenty of space to spare. The decks, grill, hot tub and easy parking always make this property so fun and convenient for us to drive to from Denver! Thanks again, we will be back.

Spacious and Great Amenities - 101

We have enjoyed our stay. We really like the different levels of the residence which provides for good separation but also great areas to congregate with a large group. Our group finds the elevator component a huge asset for this rental. The property is clean and free from needed repairs and maintenance. We were able to rent both sides and have the entire building to ourselves.

Good space, but needs repairs

Our group fit well in the space and the views were just incredible. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning combined with many windows that wouldn’t open made our stay pretty uncomfortable. And there weren’t many ceiling fans to offset not having air conditioning, with temps in the high 80s for our entire stay. There were many repairs needed with the windows and screens, and carpets needed attention as well. Would also would have liked to have wine glasses (minor issue but worth noting). Overall, winter stay would prob be fine but the hot summer days are a game changer with no air or enough functional windows.

Our host was communicative and helpful. The place is great - 5 nice bedrooms, great Hang out areas (2 of them !!) - Kitchen well stocked. Great location - 8 min to min base, 11 min to town. little driveway which is great for kids to play away from the street
