Our luxurious and modern furnished 3-bedroom apartment in the city center of Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms that make this apartment an exceptional place. A large living-dining area connected to the modern and fully equipped kitchen creates a sense of space and atmosphere. The balcony / garden offers a place in the sun in summer. Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed / two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room ensure a restful night's sleep for a large family. Böblingen main station is a 3-minute walk away.

The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large closet. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The second room has two single beds for the night. Here you will also find a desk and chair to make your home office days productive.

If you only have a handbag, don't worry! Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.

It is a new build from 2024 with high quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is equipped with lots of designer furniture and other lovely details and is looking forward to your visit!
