Great place

This is a wonderful family friendly place. With kids aged 15 - 3 there was something for everyone. The beach was not crowded at all and the location was perfect to get to areas in the east or west. Will definitely recommend to others

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent a unit here for the month of August every year. We love the beauty of the property. The maintenance crew does a great job of manicuring the grounds. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating. In August the crowds are gone and this place is so quiet and peaceful it’s unbelievable. Many days you have the private beach all to yourself. Our unit (17) was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed one extra day this year so our daughter and her husband could come down for a few days. We love Sunnyside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this place. Our unit was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. The grounds are meticulously manicured and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming here since 2012 and we will continue to come as long as we can. There’s only one thing I would do to improve Sunnyside and that would be to build a ramp down to the beach from the gazebo instead of stairs. We’re not getting any younger. 😊

The units are well maintained, the pool is always nice, and the beach access good. It is a family friendly environment and I have visited Sunny Side for eth last six years and I plan to continue to keep Sunny Side as a vacation destination.
