House is exactly as described and owner responds quickly to text. Helpful things to know in no particular order:1. Trash pickup is early Tuesday & Friday so take the can to the street the night before.2. The on demand water heater takes a few minutes to warm up so don’t jump in the shower right away.3. The upstairs shower control is backwards. The hottest water is in the 3 o’clock position. 4. The kitchen only has enough for a small family and they have no blender.5. There is a Kroger‘s right down the street and Walmart will deliver. 6. The master and the bunk room are on the first floor. The three queen bedrooms are upstairs.7. The upstairs has its own little sitting area, which is really nice but it is open to the high ceiling of the living room so it can get noisy if there’s a bunch of people carrying on downstairs.8. The breaker box is in the garage, which I only know because we had a storm while we were there that knocked out the electricity for a few minutes and flipped a circuit breaker.Would definitely stay here again.
