The house offers the following:
• 1st floor: one bedroom (studio) with garden exit with table and deckchairs on the lawn, bathroom (shower and WC)
• 2nd floor: spacious living/dining room with spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and oven), conservatory and large seating area
• 3rd floor: spacious bathroom (with whirlpool bath, shower, WC and double washbasin), two bedrooms and a small balcony with wonderful views of Locarno, the lake and mountains
A total of three beds (1 king 180x200 cm, 1 queen 160x200 cm + 1 queen 140x200 cm) is available in three bedrooms. Games (mostly in German/French/Italian), music CDs, television and internet are also available. The house is not suitable for small children (open staircase, clinker brick).
A parking space (two parking spaces at most) in the garage is also part of the rental property; the elevator leads directly into the house.
The house is registered with Ticino Turismo under the number NL-00011585.
