We loved the location! The space was absolutely great for our little one. We used the kitchen almost every morning. We have no complaints other than the floors and baseboards could use a good deep cleaning.

The area and view are nice. Close to a parking garage. Nightlife sound was not an issue. Rooms were spacious. Issues: The AC is not freon ran. It is a water cooler so the room never got below 77 F and the doors were humid and always sticking making them very difficult to open. That reason alone would detour me from staying at that hotel again. There just wasn't any escape from the heat. Check in was great. The Host of our room was GREAT!

Thanks so much for your review—and for the kind words about the location, check-in, and hosting. I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed those parts of your stay! I’m sorry to hear the room didn’t stay as cool as you were hoping. We had several days in a row of extreme heat—over 98°F—which makes it tough for any AC system to keep up. If the patio door is open even a little, that extra heat and humidity can really make it harder for the unit to cool things down properly. Totally understand how that could be frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to relax and escape the heat. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’re always looking at ways to improve the experience for future guests.
