Great location, new development (very clean) and literally close to everything. We appreciated not having to carry a key or card as there was a door code to get in and out! There was a lot of freeway traffic, which we actually found it to be okay; it was more of a hum in the background. We were at the end unit and closest to the freeway. Plenty of parking too!Things to know - we had a ground floor rental and we heard upstairs movement all day/night long. I swear they had 15 people staying there. There were a lot of large 6 families at this facility - regardless, if you have 3 or 10, you pay the same price. Some recommendations: the lighting in the parking lot is so bright - black out curtains would be a huge improvement, especially since people walking by can see in-between the spaces of the blinds and right into your room. The soap provided was so tiny that it fell down under the shower cady, which was on the floor - no shelves in the shower. The pool, slide, hot tub and lazy river were tons of fun especially in the 108* heat, but still very cold! Be aware - the cement around the lazy river is really rough, we lost a couple of brand-new floaties due to the sharp and coarse finish, too bad it isn't smooth. We were excited to use the pickleball and basketball courts listed in the description - however, they are NOT at this facility. We also didn't receive any incentives as mentioned in the description. Pool towels were a nice addition. Overall - we would stay here again!
