Each rental is fully furnished and includes:
• Kitchen amenities: microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker (uses ground coffee), spice rack, and all cookware/utensils
• Bathroom essentials: bath and pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Laundry: washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets
• Starter supplies: paper towels, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods

**Can I ship packages to the house?**
Shipping is not recommended. Due to property access by staff and vendors, we cannot guarantee secure package delivery.

**Is outdoor music allowed?**
Per city regulations, no outdoor music is allowed. Indoor music is welcome with doors and windows closed. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.

**Are pets allowed?**
Yes! We welcome up to two pets per reservation with a $250 pet fee. Please let us know in advance.
