Great place to stay with room for everyone. Hot tub was a hit and we could not have asked for a better host. If you are looking for a place to satisfy a large group of people, this is it!

The house could use a little TLC but it was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the manager. Be aware you need to text her to turn on the pool and spa but she was very prompt in turning then on.

Enjoyable well located retreat

Although we had a few household problems the host was easily accessible and addressed all the issues in a very timely manner. That made for a very pleasant stay. This was a golf trip for 8 guys. Location was great. Close to the airport and within 20 minutes of all the courses we played. Probably won’t be back to Vegas but if we were we would stay here again.

Beautiful house perfect for large groups!

We had a great time staying at Wendy’s property in Vegas. The house was beautiful and just as described in the VRBO listing. We had 14 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! Our favorite part was the gorgeous backyard; there was plenty to do between mini golf, pool, spa, and fire pit. The only thing we really had a complaint about was maintenance coming before 8am on our checkout day. They were extremely loud outside and we were unable to enjoy our last few hours. We rent 3-4 large properties a year for our friends and family and had a couple suggestions.. ‱ The outdoor area gets extremely dark at sunset and couldn’t really be enjoyed after 6pm. We suggest adding some extra lights. We did purchase some candles for the outdoor dining area and left them for the next guests to enjoy. ‱Consider having lawn care/maintenance come later on checkout day. There is plenty of time after we checked out when they could’ve came. ‱Every house we’ve ever stayed in has a binder or packet with check in / check out directions or suggestions on things to do in the area. We had no direction for checkout or anything else. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s property and had a fabulous time in Las Vegas. Thanks for being such great hosts!

we really enjoyed our 4 night stay with our large family to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. the front gates are a bit tricky but the accommodations were great with many bedrooms snd baths for all 16 of us - the pool was fabulous and kids had a blast with the pool, putting green, ping pong and a game room

Wedding party kickoff

14 of us traveled from all across the country to celebrate an engagement. We started at the aquarium mandala bay. Then came back to house and started our weekend. So much to do at this house. Everyone is pleased.

Amazing Las Vegas Accommodations

Our family had an amazing vacation staying at this property. We were not disappointed with the bedroom and bathroom accommodations. They are beautiful. We pretty much lived at the pool and enjoyed every minute. We also enjoyed the games and TVs. The kitchen accommodated all 11 of us easily. While there, we had a few home maintenance issues that we reported to our hostesses and they were fixed in no time. The hostesses and their team catered to all our needs. They deserve a 5 rating. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all!

Annual family vacation

Easy to communicate with property managers. Place was clean, the pool was also clean, grounds were nicely maintained. Plenty for kids to do, not far from casinos.

Family vacation in Las Vegas area

This home worked out wonderfully as far as accommodations for our family of nine. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely, kitchen great for preparing meals. Since we really enjoy cooking meals together, we could have used more kitchen items, i.e., pot holders, kitchen towels, food processor, slow cooker, etc. Main area of concern was the heat in the pool/jacuzzi. Both cannot be heated at the same time, and, since we weren't able to control the heat, we had to notify the managers whenever we wanted the heat switched from one to the other. That said, Mandy and Paula were very responsive to our needs. I would give them very high marks! And everyone enjoyed the game room!

Girls trip

Great house and hosts. Comfy beds. Good communication. Issue with one bathroom which probably was already known. Septic issue so we actually had a 4 bath house for 12 women instead of 5 which was stated. Not a huge deal but inconvenient for some of the group. All in all a great place.

The house was amazing from the pool, spacious rooms, comfortable bedrooms and responsiveness of the managers to getting the pool heated quickly and hot tub turned on
