The river can be reached by boat within minutes, and from there it is only a short ride to the Gulf of Mexico

With over 315 m² (approx. 3,390 sq ft) of living space, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (3 king-size beds, 2 twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms—including a large master suite with a balcony on the upper floor—and an open, welcoming layout. The new, stylish furnishings have been carefully selected to create a cheerful beach-cottage atmosphere. Cape Harbour, with its restaurants and shops, is within easy walking distance, while additional dining and shopping options are just a short drive away.
Electricity Fee: Electricity usage of up to USD 10.00 per day is included. Any additional consumption will be charged at USD 0.23 per kWh. Please settle the outstanding amount at check-out.

You will receive an electronic door code to access the house.

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
