Esta hermosa casa nueva construida en 2011 se encuentra en SW Cape Coral en uno de los Ocho Lagos. Esta casa de gama alta le garantiza unas vacaciones perfectas. El lanai y el muelle grande tiene una exposición occidental para inolvidables puestas de sol. Tiene 4 dormitorios (2 reyes, 4 gemelos) y 4 baños. 2 gemelos se pueden convertir en otro rey. Sala de estar, todas las habitaciones, el baño principal y el lanai tienen televisores. La cocina gourmet está muy bien equipada, tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana, DVD y estéreo. En caso de que necesite trabajar, tiene una oficina separada, WIFI y una impresora. La piscina de borde infinito y el spa tienen calefacción eléctrica. La piscina cuenta con un bar en la piscina. El lanai tiene un montón de muebles de piscina, tumbonas y una cocina de verano con parrilla / nevera. Acceso al golfo con dos puentes para pasar. Centros comerciales y restaurantes (Tarpon Point Marina) están cerca.

Beautiful Home

Very comfortable, clean and spacious home! The home comes with every amenity you need! The pool was wonderful, and we loved that it was a saltwater pool! The view of the water and sunsets were amazing!! We highly recommend renting this property! The property manager and owner were very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

The property was even better than advertised. Extremely clean, very comfortable, beautiful views. Everything was very well prepared and thought out. Perfect Family Getaway

We are so grateful Tim and Sue opened their home to us! It’s in a great location and super well equipped. We had no trouble staying entertained the entire trip. Whether it was relaxing in the hot tub or fishing off the dock, there was never a shortage of activities. If the family has the opportunity to meet up again, we would certainly come back!

Perfect South Florida Retreat

Indescribable, but I'll try anyway. Whether you are looking to do nothing or do a lot this is your place. Very roomy as I was able to get away from the grandkids on occasion. The lake view is perfect!

The Most Amazing Place!

From the moment we walked through the front door we were wowed! Couldn’t have been happier with the location, the pool area, the dock… EVERYTHING! Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s BETTER than the pictures. We will only stay here until we buy our own place. I wish all VRBO locations operated the same.

Christmas 2023

This was an absolutely beautiful property and we had a wonderful stay over Christmas and New Years. Communication between owner and us with any questions or concerns was excellent. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy ourselves throughout our vacation, so very relaxing. The home is equipped with everything you need for comfort and has super nice quality tools for kitchen, grill etc… for eating in. The lanai, pool, hot tub, dock, view are top notch! Thank you so very much for allowing my family to enjoy this gorgeous property and have a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful Home for the Perfect Vacation

The other five-star reviews were spot on. We've been doing this girl's trip for the last 15 years and this was by far our favorite home. I can't say enough about the pool and patio/pier area. It was amazing with no shortage of chairs and other outdoor amenities. The interior of the house was spacious and clean, as well as super quiet from outside noise. Indoor amenities were also great. The home is in a beautify and safe location, which allowed for great morning walks. It is also a super short driving distance to shopping and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

If they don’t have it, you don’t need it!

Two families stayed for 7 nights. This home is absolutely beautiful and stocked more than any property we have ever used. Very clean and organized. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool is great and the outdoor kitchen/dining area was our favorite spot each evening. Even though it rained every afternoon we could still outside and not get wet. The living room areas gave the adults and teenagers our own space. The nice office gave 3 of us a space to have zoom meetings for work. Really nothing to complain about except having to leave.

Better than expected

Book this house; you will not be disappointed. This house is amazing! The pictures are identical to how it looks, but by no means do it justice. Each room is more beautiful than the other, and the master suite, beyond words! The soaking tub, walk through shower, doors to the patio, just perfect. The kitchen is perfectly appointed. The lanai, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and dock were fun and restful. We spent almost the entire day outside. The city itself is not overly touristy, and is close to plenty of great areas: Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Naples. Our only complaint is we didn't stay for two weeks!

An amazing week in December

The house was perfectly designed, pristine, furniture was beautiful yet cozy and comfortable. The pool, spa, dock, outdoor space was second to none and gave us space to eat, relax, fish and reflect on what a blessed life we have! Tim was exceptionally considerate and worked with us to find the perfect week, what a 5 star owner !! We had one issue and Ingrid took care of it within a few hours (temperature sensor went out on spa on Friday at noon) and responded to any questions we had. We would return to this house, location in a heartbeat, in fact we started to consider relocating. Picture Perfect Family Getaway!

I don't think I could put into words how simply perfect this property is. Tim, the owner, was absolutely incredible to deal with and made sure our stay was perfect. The "vibe" of the house was warm, welcoming and truly felt like your home away from home. The house is immaculate and fully stocked with your day to day needs (i.e. spices, tupperware, coffee machines both regular and Keurig, pool toys, laundry pods etc.), there was nothing that the house didn't have that we needed. It is also very well set up to house 2 families with the rooms being on opposite sides of the main living quarters. The sunsets are incredible, better in person and nothing that pictures can justify. There was a large iguana that strolled the dock and we were able to see dolphins by the dock daily. We rented a pontoon boat from George and Martin from getmyboat.com and sailed the Gulf for the day, visiting a beach to spend lunch and the afternoon. We will be regularly staying at this home and can't wait to return. Thank you for making our first vacation in over 2 years something that we will NEVER forget.

Exceeded all Expectations

Our recent visit to this property was spectacular. We were three couples looking for a change of scenery for a small getaway from home; the property was perfect for us. The home is even better than pictured. Host, Tim, was wonderful in communicating, as was Ingrid, the property manager. Tim was extremely professional in answering my questions and concerns prior to booking. Highlights: 1. Spacious, well-laid out design. Rooms are nicely sized, and lay-out provides privacy, especially if traveling with couples. 2. The decor is beautiful, furniture is classic, and much thought was clearly put into the choices. Decor is show-case worthy, yet comfortable in every aspect. 3. Home is well-maintained, and feels new in every aspect. Nothing shabby or dingy is in the home. You have the spaciousness of a home, and the feel of a high-end hotel. 4. The host has clearly placed information regarding the home and the area, which was appreciated. 5. The pool and spa were well maintained. The spa heats up quickly, and gets nicely hot. 6. The view of the lake from the pool area and from the main rooms of the home is simply beautiful. 7. Supermarkets nearby. 25 minutes drive to Sanibel. Neighborhood is very quiet and residential. 8. There are 4 bedrooms; each are nicely decorated and arranged: A. Master bedroom/bathroom = WOW! Beautifully appointed with an amazing bathroom and walk-through double shower. Beautiful view of the lake, and is on the opposite side of the home from the other 3 bedrooms. B. Bedroom 2 - King sized bed with en suite bathroom that opens to pool area. Beautiful view of the lake. C. Bedroom 3 - Located down the hall from the second bedroom. Twin beds, nice sized room. Bathroom is not en suite, but is immediately next to the bedroom. The bathroom is quite large, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3, thus giving each room more privacy. No lake view from this room, but the decor is really lovely. D. Bedroom 4 - Located on the opposite end of the house from rooms 2 and 3. It has twin beds that can be converted into a king. (I slept in the converted bed, and it was surprisingly comfortable.) The room has an en suite bathroom. While it is smaller than the other bedrooms and does not have the lake view, it was cozy, and the privacy was really quite nice. House was great for a quiet get away. All of our group loved the home, and it is worthy of full 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay. We went fishing every morning and every sunset. So beautiful! The pool and hot tub combo was perfect for my family. House was very clean and impressive. We will definitely stay again.

What a view!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The outside view of the lake from the porch was breath taking and the pool was pretty impressive too! House was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay there again.

Pictures of the property were so beautiful but it was even more beautiful in person. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Property owner and management were excellent and the house was very well stocked. Loved this house and definitely want to come back. We had a fabulous time!

Delightful

Truly a wonderful stay from start to finish. The tiki hut on the dock provided shade when needed. There was a dolphin, manatees, various species of fish caught. We had kayaks delivered to the house and really enjoyed paddling around. Highly recommend this beautiful well equipped home.
