-No guests beyond number that is registered without discussing with host first.
-We try to keep propane full, but it is not guaranteed. If it runs out, guests may complete a propane exchange. Please turn gas off after use.
-Do not leave any doors or windows open while AC is on.
-2 car max. Park in driveway only, never on road.
-We understand accidents/spills happen. Please just let us know ASAP, so we can plan ahead.
