•Outdoors: river-view deck with hot tub + BBQ, private river beach, hammock, Solo-style firepit

•Comfort/tech: mini-split heat & AC, fast Wi-Fi



Guest Access:

Entire home and private property: riverfront, beach, hot tub, firepit, hammock, deck. Private driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Verlot near the base of Mt. Pilchuck—trailheads for Lake 22, Heather Lake, and Pilchuck are a short drive. Lush maple canopy, wildlife, and the sound of the South Fork Stillaguamish.



Getting Around:

Car required. Just off Mountain Loop Hwy with year-round access. In snow/ice, bring AWD/traction devices. Check weather for Granite Falls, WA.



Other Things to Note:

•Dog-friendly, no cats: 60 pound combined house-trained pup limit (fee $25 + tax/fees charged after booking confirmed).

Please keep pups off furniture; bringing a dog bed helps.

•Kid-friendly: Children welcome

•Starter kit: organic bath products, fresh linens, coffee/tea, paper goods.

•Remote work: fast Wi-Fi for streaming and calls.
